The concept is nice, but the frame design is lousy. Towing at a near level profile with a balanced load, the suspension is crappy as contents so not ride with any stability and doors fling open and food and clothes and everything else is a scattered mess upon arrival after conservative driving Bottoms out and damages to sewer connections and stabilizers occur. I Know I didn't buy an Holiday Rambler but now have owned 2 Fleetwood products that are built buy the same Group. Both the Motorhomes have been nothing but Junk. The first one was the Fleetwood Flair. I had not very good luck with that unit right from the fridge to the paint always cracking and them trying to take the easy way out buy giving me a payout and still being stuck with a piece of junk. So I thought maybe cause it was the low end, I decided to trade it up for a Bounder. The Bounder was another $200,000.00 so you would think the quality would be better, NOT still garbage. These units have been such a bad experience that we don't even want to camp anymore. Trying to get problems fixed through Warranty is a joke as they have no clue. I am still waiting for the factory to resolve the issue with the external bowing wall that pulls away from the cabinets at least 3/4 to a full 1" every time the sun shines on the exterior wall. The customer service/Warranty guy I am dealing with never gets back to a consumer. Isn't that right Ricardo Torres. That Is his name by the way. I have only been able to use this unit 9 times in 2 years cause it's always in for repairs. All as I can say as the REV Group is the biggest JOKE I have ever seen. I would watch out when buying a Holiday Rambler as well cause I know the exterior walls have been falling out as well. This Outfit (REV GROUP) Doesn't stand behind any of their products. I am trying to spread the word so no one else has to deal with the issues I am having. These idiots will regret dealing with me as I am posting on every site I can find. Show less

I purchased the RV because we liked the floorplan and it had lots of room to bring our entire family. I thought Jayco was known to be a quality manufacturer, but unfortunately this was not the case. The first issue I had was the awning started to pull away from the trailer on the one end. We found there was a recall for such a problem so brought the trailer in to be looked at. Jayco denied the claim and said they would not fix or replace the awaning. At this point the trailer was under 1 year old and was only used twice. We never leave the awning out when not at out site and immediately bring it in if it gets windy. Yet the manufacturer still claimed it was not their issue. The next MAJOR issue we just recently found was a bubble on the roof. Upon inspection there is also musy spots near the bubble which means there is moisture getting under the roofing material. Again, we brought the trailer in and Jayco denied to warranty the work. I would never recommend purchasing a Jayco trailer and wish I had went with Grand Design like we were originally looking at. The Thor Sequence is a great vehicle and is very versatile. Unfortunately, the quality of the unit is less than desirable. The Good: The unit is quiet going down the road and has all the amenities that you could ask for. For two people it is a great unit and has plenty of storage space for a class B motorhome. The layout is very nice and is open and bright. Lighting is great and having the moble phone app use to control everything is a luxury. The Bad: The quality of workmanship in constructing the coach is poor at best. We had a major water leak in a rainstorm due to a badly installed vent. The gas system failed due to lines not installed correctly. Cabinets needed doors adjusted and drawers need to be adjusted to work correctly. The Lithium batteries died within the first two years and now Thor has no available replacement. Overall: While we love the layout and size of the coach, we wish it had been put together better with better quality parts. Show less

Palomino RV's, are not recommended. Just after 3 years they fall apart. Will not recommend to anyone!😡 Panel and wall paper buckling out and water connections not tight that start leaking after a time, just waiting to see what else may go bad. Show less

This camper has served us well. Very well built, sturdy. You truly don’t know that it’s back there while hauling. Only issue we have found is the cheap scissor jacks they put on. Do recommend buying different ones. Spend 33,000 on a camper these should be better quality. Show less

We have owned this RV for 10 years and have loved every minute of it. The floor plan is ideal for a family with children or a couple traveling alone. With four different beds there is plenty of room for everyone. We have even traveled with a group of nine and all had a place to sleep (kids were doubled up together). The motorhome handles really well and the towing capacity is 5,000 lb which was great because we were able to tow our boat. The bathroom is a decent size when the doors are closed transforming the space making room to change, use the vanity and shower. With this all-inclusive rig, the fun begins from the moment you start driving somewhere. The only thing I wish it had is a slide to make it a little more spacious. Show less

We love this trailer. The interior height was a huge draw for us since we're a tall family, tallest being 6'4" with no issues walking around inside. We were most interested in boondocking and the set up was perfect for this. The dual access and higher clearance was a huge draw for overall stability for off road sites and longer road trips. The solar panel and huge clean, grey and black tanks allowed us to stay out longer without having to dumpf. The residential queen bed allowed us to put a real queen mattress on the bed to maximize our comfort. The bunks have been great for our kids. This trailer has so much storage space inside, we never maxed it out. Ample space for food, clothes, toys and linens. The kitchen is small but anything bigger would have taken away from living space and added more weight to the trailer. We love this trailer. It does not disappoint. And having issues with warranty and Forest River or dealerships is common among all trailers. When we purchased, we did a full inspection with an independent inspector. They found a major defect in the slide out window. The dealership fixed it before we took ownership. But we know trailers are not built like cars as someone else mentioned. The quality isn't excellent in order to keep the weight of the trailer low. But the interior aesthetic was pleasing to us and any flaws are minor. Any work we've had done in the 3 years we've owned the trailer has been done by us or an independent contractor as we don't want to wait for warranty and dealership wait times. That said, we haven't had any warranty failures on our trailer. This is a great trailer that allows us access to the outdoors while also providing us the comforts of home. Great for full hook ups or dispersed camping. You can have it all in this trailer. Show less

Do not buy a keystone product. My 20 23 passport has been nothing but a hunk of s*** since I've bought it. I am working in a disaster area on the Virginia and North Carolina line and have been down here for about 4 weeks The air conditioning is out for the fourth time this year. The refrigerator was out all last year. Tonight is supposed to get down to 30 and now the heater is out. The side of the camper is pulling loose and the awning motor has broken. I have used this thing successfully 19 days and last year and a half. Now I'm going to have to drag off this job working in the disaster area because I have no heat. Keystone needs to get their act together they used to be a great camper now they are the Yugo of the camper industry. I need to know where to drop this hunk of s*** off at in Elkins Indiana so they can see what type of crap they're putting out there on the road. There needs to be some type of consumer relations or class action lawsuit against s*** like this. Show less
