We bought our pinnacle in Dec 2021 new The dealership has had it approximately 10 months so far. It is going back in at the end of October for yet another round of repairs. So far we have had four water leaks, two window leaks, two stabilizer leaks, the table warped, the leno replaced through out, shower surround replaced, the furniture replaced, kitchen faucet replaced, the shower head replaced, the drawer underneath the kitchen sink replaced (which is being replaced a second time due to water damage from yet another water leak) a crack in the gel coat repaired, and the roof is coming apart on the passenger side. I could go on but I think I have made my point. I get that there is no perfect rv out there, however there is a limit on how much poor quality and workmanship one should endure. We have lost our confidence in Jayco products. We bought their top of the line 5th wheel in hopes of avoiding all these headaches. When it comes to Jayco products, our experience with them gives a whole new meaning to (you get what you pay for) I called the manufacturer and told them about my frustrations and asked if, at the very least, they could extend my warranty for one more year. There response was (your warranty ends after two years of ownership) As much as we like the unit, we will not be purchasing another Joyce product.

Very spacious with five slides, full master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and family room (55" big screen, six recliners, surround sound indoor/outdoor stereo, and electric fireplace). Also, the remote leveling, huge remote awnings for shade, equipped with solar power options, blackout shades. What I did not like was the fact we never really utilized the unit, towed it, and spent more than a couple days at a time.

If I could give Jayco - the company - 0 stars I would. Jayco does not know the meaning of customer service. My 5th wheel has been in the shop since July 2019, longer than it has been with me and during the pandemic, it took them over 6 months to get parts out to my dealer! You would think that after 2 years of me “owning” it, that they’d have the decency to pay the dealer to fix the LED lights that should have been working all along but were never connected at their factory! But no, I was told over and over by the very rude “customer service” person that my rig was out of warranty. Extend the freaking warranty as you couldn’t do anything during the pandemic anyway…so not logical and downright poor business judgment! This will be my last Jayco I will ever own based on their lack of service for the lemon THEY sent from their factory and now refuse to make right.

We purchased this RV new. We immediately had issues, The master bath toilet stopped up and backed up within 2 days of use. Had Camping World come out and unstop it. It backed up again. They came out again. It backed up again. Another company came out and unstopped it. Talked to the service manager at Camping world and told him the issue. He immediately told me what the problem was and that is an ongoing issue with Jayco. Took it in for the repair he said ot needed. While it took longer this time it is still stopping up. The service people said the only way to fix it is to install a macerator toilet. Jayco refuses to do the repair but they say its built to dessign. Which is is. But according to the professional the design is flawed. So we have a $150,000.00 camper that the toilet doesn't work and they say it's not a warranty issue. I will never buy another Jayco prodcut because they don't stand behind their product. Yes we use RV toilet paper. no we dont use a lot.

Update; 2022 Pinnacle 32rlts, purchased in February 2022 dropped at dealer in June 22 for a water leak in the pantry(that’s 4months in my possesion, 4 months at the dealer for repair. The dealer let me know today that the leak has caused damage to the plywood floor. Now the entire lino floor covering from the door back has to be replaced. I looked at it today, and the shower is taken apart, the pantry is out, and theres wood stacked throughout the cabin. Again, only 8 months old and 4 of the 8 months sitting at the dealer. I can’t be more unhappy and disappointed that I bought a Jayco product. Theres absolutely no chance I’ll get it back anywhere close to the condition of an 8 month old rv. UPDATE- I just got a call from the dealer stating that the lino that needs to be replaced is no longer available, meaning the entire rv floor has to be replaced. Completely and totally unacceptable. I spoke with Jayco cs a couple of weeks ago and she touted the idea that Jayco puts down the lino first, before walls floors cabinets etc so that its seamless. Well, no more. We have sent emails to Jaycos executives as well as RV One executives a week ago, no response. The dealer got very agitated today when I said they were not advocating on our behalf to have Jayco refund or replace the unit, stating they have to do what Jayco tells them to. Jayco is a horrible company in a dispicable industry.

This is the best RV I’ve ever owned. Everyone that see’s it loves it. The living area is really large with a huge TV that can easily be raised up and down, and the fireplace that you can use for heat or just for looks. The kitchen is very user friendly with lots of storage, full size refrigerator with ice maker, and I love the convection oven. I hardly use the gas oven but nice to have. I especially love how the bathroom has a door and is a separate room. Lots of storage in the bath and a large shower! Last, the king size bed is so comfortable and the closet is really large with shelving and two rods. The dyson vacuum works great on the floors and carpet. We added the stackable w/d and it is such a treat to have. Storage under the bed is very useful for extra bedding, super high and comfortable blow up mattress, extra toilet tissue, paper towels or whatever your needs may be. You will love traveling in this RV! These are just some of my favorite features.
