I have owned a Crossroad Sequoia for 8 years and could not be happier. The quality is excellent and has held up extremely well. One one occasion I e peri ended a problem with a slide and the Company covered the fox under an extended warrenty with no questions asked. Great service. Show less

I am very dissapointed with my crossroads zinger. I bought it brand new in April of this year. Since then I'v had nothing but problems. There were nothing but water leaks in kitchen and bathroom. We got most of them fixed but still leaks in the bathroom. Really bad workmanship. I went in the bedroom to unplug something and the whole outlet came out of wall. Also bad problems with the roof. Bad water leak in the bedroom. This was brandnew when I bought it last year and used it as seasonal camper and it's been nothing but problems. I took it back to the dealer last year and it spent the whole winter, You think they would fix every thing. Now they'er telling me the warranty is expired. What a farse. If you;re looking for a nice camper PLEASE don't even think about Crossroads they're junk Show less

Bought in 2022 first 3 months furnace stop working flooded out 4 times water pump installed backwards returned to dealership ship said everything is repaired they were wrong still having issues cabinets are all swelled from flooding out many times toilet has issues will never buy another paid almost $70.000 thousand dollars Canadian and was told buy other RV dealer won't get $15.000 thousand will lose my shirt if was to trade in so not very happy almost at the point of calling my bank to see if there is anything I can do to have it replaced in some lemon law but I know there is not I guess the best idea is to sell it cut my loss Show less

I sit here actually crying over this Piece of crap. I bought it brand new 1 year ago. the leaks between the wall caused all my floors to buckle, ac doesnt work. please do yourself a favor do not purchase. there is a list of things but its too upsetting to even type it. Im stuck with a big payment and cant even live in it. I had to move out of it this morning. I m at a total loss with this. Show less

I'm afraid if I would have read these reviews before purchasing, I may have stayed away from this model but am happy to say we're thrilled with the purchase so far. The Covid production years really hurt the RV industry and they must have learned from their mistakes and put more focus on quality. Last year it was time to upgrade from our 2009 Keystone Retreat so we walked through this unit and really liked the floor plan and features inside the camper. It's very homey, the furniture is very good quality with theater seating that has heated and massaging comfort. Appliances are full size and the camper has storage everywhere. The tankless on demand water heater works very well and makes it easy to winterize. The separate bath has a large shower and electric power vent. The dual air conditioners cooled the unit quickly during the hot summer days. The fireplace warms the camper quickly in the fall and everything worked as it should. There were some minor issues after delivery that were handled quickly by the dealer. We've found the construction to be excellent so far, the roof is very solid and all the joints were sealed very well on top. I found winterizing to be simple and easy. One of the tell tale signs of good construction is no critters during the WI winter. There was no sign of any intruders when we opened this spring. I highly recommend any Hampton model...we went through all of them before deciding on this one. Show less

You know, after reading all the negative reviews, I asked myself "did I make the right choice in purchasing this RV last year?" Well after owning it for 9 months, winterizing and opening for the first time in the spring in northern Wisconsin, I can assure everyone I'm very pleased with this unit. When purchasing from the dealer last year, there were a few minor issues that needed dealing with after transport, and were resolved quickly. I winterized myself last fall and opened it last weekend. It was the same as I left it. No disturbances at all and all the appliances worked normally including the furnace and fireplace which were much needed as evening temps dipped into the 30's. After being on the roof several times, the construction is solid. They did great work sealing the top, something I will watch closely as time goes on, along with keep the gutters clear. We love the interior design, all the touches are very nice for camping life. Concerning the negative reviews, I have to believe the build quality improved after all the quality issues came from Covid production. If anything else impacts this review positive or negatively I will post later. Happy camping! Show less

I was really excited when I bought my new trailer. I bought April 2023 as a brand new unit a few months later in the summer I had to have the toilet replaced and plumbing repaired in the shower behind the wall as it was leaking. My furnace no longer works. Neither one of my recliners works, my oven does not work and I have a leak behind the bed area that I did not know about until I went to change out the mattress and it was moldy, and the wood underneath was moldy, which explains my cough. Retired with a stroke at 66 was hoping to have a glorious retirement , this is my home. It is not something about trying to get somebody out here for repairs. They don’t want to come or it would cost me almost $1000 to get somebody out and for Assistance. They tell me well find a tech parts are covered. The blinds came crashing down , I am extremely unhappy and I will post bad reviews everywhere on this company Show less

Bought secondhand so outside the factory warranty is NA. Outstanding floorplan, not to large, but big enough to be comfortable. Outside kitchen with the bumper attached propane grill and 115V minifridge and sink and extra prep area are great. Nice wood panels and quality construction. Six sided aluminum framing and a factory 3K 2in hitch on rear frame. Swapped the factory sofa for electric recliners and installed a 1KW solar and Victron power system. Taken it to both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts and over Wolf Creek Pass, about 30K miles in total over 5 years. Show less

This is been a dam night mare! I have replaced every thing . If I had to do over again, I totally skip the crossroad manufacturing company all together . I would say my Rv is a big LEMON. I am a three time Rv owner and I have learned how to replace and repair everything in a Rv! I had to learn to save money, because every month something broke or went out! How can I get help ? No warranty anymore and still owe a bunch! Do I let it go back to a poor lender? They couldn’t even get five grand for this price of crap! Show less
