Vogt sold a lemon Roadtrek Van , Sales person Race - Dishonest and sold us a lemon ! In summary, we have reached out to Vogt RV and Roadtrek 11 times. Even accommodated Roadtrek 2 additional times to fix all repairs. The first time was when they took our van to Pennsylvania and the second when Sean flew to Fort Worth in freezing temperatures. He then claimed to not know about all the issues with the van even though that information was given to him when we filed with The Texas DMV and Evan Whitis sent him all the information. Despite the listed repairs the vans Air Conditioner system and batteries do not maintain a charge as promised when bought from Vogt RV. The AC will even turn off while driving on hot days This is simply not safe for us, our children and our pets. The repairs Sean claims to have done is the exact same repairs he has done before with the Pennsylvania attempt and the many times the van has been at Vogt RV for repair. We were specifically told by Sean and Roadtrek the parts were to be taken from another van on the Vogt lot and switched out to our van to fix the problems for this last attempt at repair. It sounds like that wasn't even what they really planned on doing. The repairs claimed made by Sean are the exact same repairs we were told was already done on every attempt to fix the AC and Battery systems in the past. We hope the Texas DMV Lemon Law will listen to our safety concerns regarding the SS Agile Roadtrek Van purchased from Vogt RV and the sales promise made that the van is in good working order That is definitely not the case and the inability for the van to function properly has put our family in very hot and dangerous situations with the Air Conditioning and batteries unit not functioning properly Show less
