The dealership definitely worked quick to sell me the vehicle. I agreed to purchase without fully inspecting the unit (the dealer had it closed up) because I loved the floorplan and I understood it was brand new and therefore assumed everything would be right on it. But the whole thing was handed to me dirty inside and out. - The roof and sides are covered in black spots and streaks. - There were water spots left on the floor from what appeared to be a leak, and sawdust on all the counters as well as in some light fixtures. - One of the ceiling panels has a seam and tape from where it had been cut, and I can only assume it's the dealer replaced it due to water damage from the roof leak that they sent me off with. - There is a big hole in the bedroom wall that was hidden behind the mattress I scheduled my pickup with them a week and a half in advance, and showed up the morning of, but they had done none of the work needed to the unit. I had to wait there for five hours while they finished, their only offer of apology was a couple bottles of water, and I had to remind them of the sway bar package I purchased. My one request for help to them went unanswered, and from the product they happily handed me, they've shown they can't be trusted to deliver any sort of quality. Show less

Update 4: Ghosted by manager that called , no resolution , the apple does not fall far from the tree! Stay away from this corrupt dealership! Update 3: I received another call at 9pm from the sales manager followed by text messages (I was asleep ) until I heard the last message that woke me . She was adamantly apologizing for her employees behavior and said she had been on leave for personal reasons and that place had become a circus as a result . I did respond kindly as I was sympathetic to her personal situation and said we would talk in the morning as she wanted to “make things right” . I messaged her this morning and asked for a formal apology from Laura Loflin and asked what had been done to make her held accountable by management I have yet to get a reply now 4 hours later . Update Number 2: I still have not heard back from the manager and I have received or 3 emails from the Sales Associate involved Laura is her name , arguing to post my emails containing personal financial information, she is an expert on google and has received her degree in law from google search , still threatening to post my information. Do better and I hope the actual owner reads this ! Update : Within an hour I received an email from the sales associate I was dealing with. Upon opening the email I immediately realized that this was not a make things right email that a normal upstanding sales associate who practices good business practices would do but instead a threat! That if I did not take my one star review down she would post my email correspondence with her that contained personal financial information on google reviews in response . I called her manager and informed her of the threat and that I would sue if she did that . Waiting to hear back from her manager . I reached out online received an email from a sales associate. Explained I needed some special financing in my name not husbands with a loan that had no prepayment penalty and stated income only as I am self employed and that I had a decent down payment . She has now stopped responding! In this economy many people are in our situation, I guess they don’t need our business. Smh ! Show less
