2021 Winnebago Voyage 3134rl. While under the structural warranty the side wall started showing a crack off the corner of the slide. It was determined the structure in the wall had failed. Inside the wall also started coming apart. The flex in the wall was so bad that the wall separated from the roof. So what did Winnebago do? Well after weeks of pics and back and forth with the warranty department THEY sent me an email stating they will not be participating in the repair. They would not give me any explanation and they closed the claim. Which is basically like hanging up on you and blocking your phone number. I could no longer contact via email on the claim. I pushed on leaving messages and sending emails and received ZERO response. As someone who has owned a couple other products by them I was shocked how terrible the company treated me. AGAIN IT WAS STILL WITHIN THE TIME FRAME OF THE STRUCTURE WARRANTY. So my opinion is NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM WINNEBAGO OR ANY OF THERE COMPANIES!!!

I bought the trailer used from RVDirect in Titusville,Fl. I feel that I paid top dollar for the year it was. Upon viewing it seemed to be in very good condition and was assured it was. After purchase I began finding many small thing wrong, one being the rubber corner covers sliding down and dry rotted. The kitchen slide had a leak and the bathroom toilet was leaking. These are just a few items. I do know it is used but only 3 years old. It seems at the price of this trailer it shouldn’t be having these problems this soon. Not a fan, should have gone with another vendor and Forest River.

We were in Arizona this summer and I noticed some wrinkles along the sides of the roof membrane. I called Jayco and explained what I saw and that by the time I got back to South Carolina to let someone look at it, my warranty would be expired. They extended my warranty on the spot and did fully cover a new roof membrane that was installed in August.

We bought our Alliance Paradigm 310 RL new from the factory in 2023 and upgraded with the Alliance-installed solar package. We are a retired couple, using the RV part-time (we have a house). Our RV search started close to seven years before we bought our Paradigm. We watched countless YouTube videos made by RV owners and dealers and read endless reviews. Once we decided on the type of RV we wanted, a 5th wheel, the search for the right brand and floor plan began. We landed, by chance, on the Alliance brand during that search. We didn't want anything over 40 ft. The Paradigm, coming in just under 35 ft. is the size we wanted. The floor plan is perfect for us with just enough space to be comfy, while still being stylish and practical with upscale trim.

The floorplan is the best possible floorplan for the the way we travel. The desk space and the island kitchen have become essentials for us. If you want these amenities in a travel trailer, this is your unit. But it does have down sides. Foremost is the anemic cargo carrying capacity. Forget the factory weights, it will be heavier even dry. you are looking at a 1000# plus tongue weight. And once you add the basics like cables and hoses and a weekend's worth of clothing and food you will be at the weight limit. Distributing that weight is also a challenge as the unit is back end heavy. You will likely need to tow with the tongue slightly down to balance the load, which will increase the tongue weight even more. It is a drop frame to increase storage volume, so depending on your hitch you will be getting close to the ground. We use a P3 and get 4-5 inches of ground clearance. So with the gross weight, tongue weight, rear weight, and then add sail area, plan on a 3/4 ton TV. The math from GD might make you think 1/2 ton, and the fan boys will all say "Like it isn't even there" or "No problems". But you need a 3/4 ton for this trailer. The usual quality issues abound. Gaps in sealant, trim falling off, bubbles in the roof membrane, incorrect PEX fittings, sawdust everywhere. We have needed three repairs and I did all of them myself. The process of returning to the dealer 2 hours away, dropping off for warrantee claim, picking it up again, returning when the parts are in, and final pickup means 8 hours on the road for every issue. Give me a Mobile Tech or ship me the part! But in the end, worth it for the floorplan!

The modern decor and residential fridge adds a stylish appearance sure to impress friends and family. Cant say enough great things about this floor plan. The only thing I would change is having large propane tanks which is an easy upgrade!

This unit meets and exceeds most RV camping expectations; it's very comfortable and super easy to drive through on highways and through neighborhoods. Great for all type of road trips as well as a very secure emergency shelter during power outages from hurricanes or other major weather events. Truly more of a "glamping" experience for many adventures including an add on accommodations for visitors at your home.

It's been a great travel trailer for two. pulls nicely with a 1500 truck. Loads of great storag. Jayco has been good with some warranty items and not so good on others, especially the roof. I bought a Jayco with the notion of the best roof warranty in the business so you would think it's well connected. There is many areas where the TPO roof is not glues down, much debris and staples in the verge of poking through. Jayco would not honor the poor workmanship. Thay say it's will only be warranty if deffecive. Well that means a leak, but the warranty does not honor water leaks. So they will do a new roof but your on the hook to have all the water damage repaired from the faulty roof.... Head scratcher.
