Just bought this unit the furnace that came in it didn’t work right was bad from factory . Was sent a new one and it works better but not correct have to keep re setting the thermostat it is absolutely ridiculous the heater is in back of camper bedroom in front and only has one vent it struggles to keep warm in there apparently this system is new 6 months old I don’t recommend buying this until that system has bugs out and a good working furnace Show less

We purchased a 2023 Vibe rear kitchen in October 2022. Love the floor plan, beautiful to look at . We have used the camper 9 times and in August of 2024 we went to use the over the bed cabinets and saw that the "wood look" paper was peeling from the sides of the cabinet. Looking further we found the same paper peeling in various places including the entire top of the pull out section. We called the dealer who said it was no longer under warranty. My husband called Forest River directly and they said oh yeah, we had a bad batch of glue. Two days later we found the entire bedroom closet door and jam had fallen off the wall. There is a crack in the top corner of the shower wall. The bathroom faucet handles are cracking and falling off. The camper jack fell down when we were coming home from a trip - scraping the highway all the way home. We had to buy and install a new one. The kitchen seats broke with the first use as the screws were not completely in the correct place. We have since had to reinforce both booth bottoms. Just one issue after another. I have never been so disappointed in such poor use of materials and workmanship for something that we still owe $30,000 on. We paid $50,000. What a complete waste of hard earned money. We own a 2024 JX450 that we custom ordered. Overall we are very happy with this unit and i don't think there is any other unit that we would want. That said i did rate a couple of things as 3 stars and quality control/attention to detail are why. My unit being custom ordered was missing some things which required the dealer to have parts sent and installed like a door. There were also some other items that QC missed that should not have left the factory that way. We did have to take a trip back to the factory to have some things addressed and while they addressed most of the things again attention to detail was lacking and i had to point out multiple things that were not fixed to my satisfaction. They eventually got it right but i had to hand hold it to get it there. My biggest gripe with my rig is the paint. I know they send them to a painter to be painted and buffed and whoever they have do it did not do a very good job buffing my rig. You could see machine marks all over it and i had to buff them out to get it to look like the brand new RV it is. Show less

I purchased the RV knowing it was used; it had 12,000 miles on it. Soon after my purchase all the furniture began to delaminate like nothing I had ever seen before. I called the factory, and they were aware of the problem and described poor quality coverings to the furniture. they clearly said there was a suit that they agreed to pay out, but I was too late due to the Covid outbreak. The furniture quickly became so unsightly and the mess we had no other option than to replace the captain's chairs, the dinette and both couches. Total cost was over ten thousand. The management at Riverside offered nothing to help compensate for a known issue. Show less

Bought a brand-new Highland Ridge Mesa Ridge 5th wheel 1 year ago. at Camping World San Diego. Black tank handles broke, spongy floor issues persist. Poor quality for the price. Disappointed with durability and craftsmanship in such a short time. Wouldn’t recommend. Show less

After replacing water pump once and the pressure valve 3 separate times and having the generator removed because it refused to work after only 34 hours. I am disappointed with this unit. Mercedes chassis problems were never resolved. Windows will not shut properly and stove igniter failed. Panels warp easily in cabinets. Show less

The concept is nice, but the frame design is lousy. Towing at a near level profile with a balanced load, the suspension is crappy as contents so not ride with any stability and doors fling open and food and clothes and everything else is a scattered mess upon arrival after conservative driving Bottoms out and damages to sewer connections and stabilizers occur. Would never buy this ever if we had known Show less

I Know I didn't buy an Holiday Rambler but now have owned 2 Fleetwood products that are built buy the same Group. Both the Motorhomes have been nothing but Junk. The first one was the Fleetwood Flair. I had not very good luck with that unit right from the fridge to the paint always cracking and them trying to take the easy way out buy giving me a payout and still being stuck with a piece of junk. So I thought maybe cause it was the low end, I decided to trade it up for a Bounder. The Bounder was another $200,000.00 so you would think the quality would be better, NOT still garbage. These units have been such a bad experience that we don't even want to camp anymore. Trying to get problems fixed through Warranty is a joke as they have no clue. I am still waiting for the factory to resolve the issue with the external bowing wall that pulls away from the cabinets at least 3/4 to a full 1" every time the sun shines on the exterior wall. The customer service/Warranty guy I am dealing with never gets back to a consumer. Isn't that right Ricardo Torres. That Is his name by the way. I have only been able to use this unit 9 times in 2 years cause it's always in for repairs. All as I can say as the REV Group is the biggest JOKE I have ever seen. I would watch out when buying a Holiday Rambler as well cause I know the exterior walls have been falling out as well. This Outfit (REV GROUP) Doesn't stand behind any of their products. I am trying to spread the word so no one else has to deal with the issues I am having. These idiots will regret dealing with me as I am posting on every site I can find. Show less

I purchased the RV because we liked the floorplan and it had lots of room to bring our entire family. I thought Jayco was known to be a quality manufacturer, but unfortunately this was not the case. The first issue I had was the awning started to pull away from the trailer on the one end. We found there was a recall for such a problem so brought the trailer in to be looked at. Jayco denied the claim and said they would not fix or replace the awaning. At this point the trailer was under 1 year old and was only used twice. We never leave the awning out when not at out site and immediately bring it in if it gets windy. Yet the manufacturer still claimed it was not their issue. The next MAJOR issue we just recently found was a bubble on the roof. Upon inspection there is also musy spots near the bubble which means there is moisture getting under the roofing material. Again, we brought the trailer in and Jayco denied to warranty the work. I would never recommend purchasing a Jayco trailer and wish I had went with Grand Design like we were originally looking at. The Thor Sequence is a great vehicle and is very versatile. Unfortunately, the quality of the unit is less than desirable. The Good: The unit is quiet going down the road and has all the amenities that you could ask for. For two people it is a great unit and has plenty of storage space for a class B motorhome. The layout is very nice and is open and bright. Lighting is great and having the moble phone app use to control everything is a luxury. The Bad: The quality of workmanship in constructing the coach is poor at best. We had a major water leak in a rainstorm due to a badly installed vent. The gas system failed due to lines not installed correctly. Cabinets needed doors adjusted and drawers need to be adjusted to work correctly. The Lithium batteries died within the first two years and now Thor has no available replacement. Overall: While we love the layout and size of the coach, we wish it had been put together better with better quality parts. Show less
