We have lived in this rv three years and we couldn’t be happier! Perfect rv with the best company! When we did have issues alliance helped us sort them out. Rvs will always have issues, but alliance doesn’t hide from issues! You can even call the highest up directly at Alliance. We are considering another alliance because we have loved them so much! We love the open floorplan and the windows give you unobstructed views and make you feel like you are outside. We recently decided to take our unit to the factory for a recall. As it turned out our unit did not need the recall. The team at Alliance took it upon themselves, to use that time, to go through our unit. They found things that were on my honey do list like fixing trim that came loose. They found some things we didn't know about, probably would have never found and fixed it. When I thanked the team and mentioned they didn't have to to do that, the lead said " we just try to do the right thing. " Doing the right thing is exactly why I will never own another brand. I have been so impressed with the Customer service and now the service team including Alliance members from Service, parts, warranty work, scheduling the appointment to bring in our unit to ordering replacement parts for things I needed. I have had this unit for 8 weeks. We had this grand idea to come down to the states adventure a couple weeks a month, see new amazing things, and then drive it back home. (Alaska). HAHAHA- 1. BEFORE WE EVEN PICKED IT UP (but after we had already bought it)- the dealer had done an "inspection" and found out they had to do warranty work for delamination on the front sides. Purchased July 31st, Picked up September 21st- still missing decals- but whatever. Only had a short window for our adventure opportunity. its just stickers. 2. Day 3- Fridge did not work, or hold temperature. (they sent us a new one) 3. The overhead cupboard doors kept popping off their hinges. 4. Cabinet handles fell off. 5. solar controller didn't work properly. (they sent a new updated one) 6.went to use the heat- NONE of the ducts were attached! NONE 7. living room lights went out. (connectors are cheap and unplug apparently) 8. The closet rod was attached via 4 screws into the thin roof, so it obviously fell when i hung up the third item (I think the 4 screws are actually supposed to attach our toilet roll holder to something?) 9. our toilet roll holder was not attached, nor did it have screws lol- but now it does? haha 10. one of our chairs broke- the bottom just fell off. 11. and here's the kicker - our living room slide leaks- like ALOT, we called to make an appointment and were told we need to be prepared to leave it for 8 weeks!! That's how long we have had it. 12. OH and the wall mounted command station can't stay connected to the node because the screen needs updates, but the tablet is too old to update! No joke- cannot use it to open or close slides or awnings- FUN. We decided to do this road trip now, while I am finishing my masters. When I get back home, I have to go back to work and life goes back to normal. Only using the trailer 4-6 weekends a year, but dammit, we have had it 8 weeks, which was 4 trips, and now we will be without it for just as long. We purchased it July 31st- We were able to pick it up September 21st. Away it goes again. I am devastated that we bought a lemon. We saved our whole life for this opportunity. I am simply tired, and beat down. I feel absolutely ripped off, oh and I owe on it for 15 years!! WTF. They should never do loans on these for that long... they won't last long enough to pay it off. I wish we hadn't sold our 2006 Keystone. I'd do anything to be back in the position we were, paid off and it all worked. Something breaks every week on this 2024 brand new JAYCO- HIGHLAND RIDGE, but this leak... this is a huge inconvenience and completely hinders our plans. Everything we saved for gone down the shitter- the one that always says 2/3 full even when its empty. I cannot believe they can charge people so much and not be held accountable, not only for the quality of the product, but then not held accountable on how long they claim to need to keep it for repairs. This is robbery. We were so excited and now we are so devastated. #Jayco did us dirty. Show less

We own a 2024 JX450 that we custom ordered. Overall we are very happy with this unit and i don't think there is any other unit that we would want. That said i did rate a couple of things as 3 stars and quality control/attention to detail are why. My unit being custom ordered was missing some things which required the dealer to have parts sent and installed like a door. There were also some other items that QC missed that should not have left the factory that way. We did have to take a trip back to the factory to have some things addressed and while they addressed most of the things again attention to detail was lacking and i had to point out multiple things that were not fixed to my satisfaction. They eventually got it right but i had to hand hold it to get it there. My biggest gripe with my rig is the paint. I know they send them to a painter to be painted and buffed and whoever they have do it did not do a very good job buffing my rig. You could see machine marks all over it and i had to buff them out to get it to look like the brand new RV it is. Show less

Bought a brand-new Highland Ridge Mesa Ridge 5th wheel 1 year ago. at Camping World San Diego. Black tank handles broke, spongy floor issues persist. Poor quality for the price. Disappointed with durability and craftsmanship in such a short time. Wouldn’t recommend. Show less

Palomino RV's, are not recommended. Just after 3 years they fall apart. Will not recommend to anyone!😡 Panel and wall paper buckling out and water connections not tight that start leaking after a time, just waiting to see what else may go bad. Show less

Floorplan is livable and setting up is easy. The hydraulics work well so far but the self lever doesn't quite know where level is. The heater works. Both AC units have died, but even when they worked they couldn't put a dent in the high temperatures. It's like living in a soda can. Beware of the stairs because they both are faulty. One broke then a month later the other one did too. The first one almost killed me. Two of the four locks on the storage compartment doors don't work but maybe someone tried to break in, I dunno. There is a water leak somewhere and when I tried to see where it was coming from I could see the ducts under the floor and it, along with all the water and gas lines, look like a blind five year old put them in. Ducts are crushed and the water and gas lines look like spaghetti. Almost forgot, one of the awnings ,for no reason at all, just decided to let the material part go. I bought this thing brand new and it is the worst decision I have made since I was 20. Show less

Very spacious. The kids love being able to have a room entirely to themselves. There is enough room for all the cousins to come stay. The shower is tall enough for a grown man to fit comfortably without hitting his head. This RV has an excessive amount of storage compartments that it’s hard to find enough stuff to fill it all! This is an amazing rig. We purchased this because of the mid-bunkroom. This rig has a TON of storage space, in the living area, in the kitchen area, in the bedroom, underneath. The convection microwave is a huge plus. We’ve used the oven, but we all know RV ovens aren’t the best. The convection microwave works great. I've made biscuits and cookies, etc.. in it multiple times. Refrigerator has a ton of space. We’ve gone on 30 day trips in this rig and had no issues with any of the appliances. We upgraded the batteries because we keep it in a storage facility when not being used. We upgraded to a trickle charger for those batteries for the same reason. Show less

We have had our Avenue since February of 2022 have traveled close to 10,000 miles in it and have loved every minute of it. On the rare occasion when something has gone wrong with the rig Alliance service has been just a phone call away to help solve our issue. Show less
