This place has had 2 months to get our tags, still nothing, now our 2nd temp tag is expiring, we've lost deposits on campgrounds because we can't travel and have to come back to get plate. Now they're saying we'll call you whenever it's ready and hang up. This place is horrible Show less

Not only did they not honor the contract, now they will not return the deposit!! They make deals, get a signed contract, you give them a deposit to hold the RV, then they low ball the trade in. Now won't return the deposit. I have called and emailed Cody and Chaz and neither have returned my calls or emails. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The salesman knew how much money I had borrowed and that I didn't have the money to go any higher on the price. He gave me a great trade in value, site unseen, then when I got there they said the value of the trade in was 1/4 what they originally offered. The young guy at the Okeechobee office, didn't even tell us what had happened. After about an hour, I asked what was going on, finally got an answer. Never did he offer another trailer that might fit my budget, or negotiate the trade in. It was a lot of stuttering and looking like a deer in headlights. I answered all their questions truthfully yet they played their game and wasted time, gas and wear and tear on my truck and rv. I am so disappointed in this business. There are too many RV businesses to give your hard earned money to this "Family" business who just takes peoples deposits and doesn't live up to their end of a contract. Show less
