We upgraded to a 2020 Kodiak Cub 198BH from a Jayco 17.5 Hybrid. We found Schreck online after a lengthy search for a suitable replacement for the Jayco. They were one of two dealers close enough that had the specific model we wanted with the features that we needed. The Jayco was our first RV, and we learned a lot of what to do and what not to do on that purchase.
We got an excellent trade allowance for our camper and and a great deal on our purchase of the Kodiak Cub. Dealing with the staff at Schreck was excellent. They are polite, knowledgeable and very helpful with no pressure or hassle.
The first weekend camping was not a good experience, the water heater failed after the second day. I got up Sunday to no hot water. I immediately contacted Schreck and they had me bring in the camper right away. They put me at the front of the line Monday morning for service, fixed a bad thermistor and had me out the door Tuesday, less than 72 hours form when the heater failed. We also purchased some optional accessories from them and were surprised at how little we spent on a power tongue jack and rear view camera, both installed at Schreck.
We went on four more camping trips last summer and had no problems at all. Very happy with our Kodiak and with the support from Schreck. Highly recommended.
