Richardson's was fantastic to deal with, but they have sold their business to Camping World. Now, I'll find outside people to do any maintenance or work on my trailer. Most of the workers stayed on to work for Camping World, but the prices have gone up and people don't seem to be as happy as they were when we purchased our travel trailer. Show less
