Service Department - the service dept does an OK job but it is very difficult to set up any appointments. You have to leave numerous voice mails before you get any response. It is poor customer service if I have to take extra time and effort just to give you my business! I do not know if they are understaffed...

Service Department - the service dept does an OK job but it is very difficult to set up any appointments. You have to leave numerous voice mails before you get any response. It is poor customer service if I have to take extra time and effort just to give you my business! I do not know if they are understaffed or overbooked but it is frustrating. And once you do get a response there is no acknowledgment or apology for the extra effort the customer had to make.
