We’ve had issues from day one, spent the whole month of May 2023 waiting for parts. Some from DRV and other manufactures. No parts were ordered from other distributors and the part from DRV was ordered, but was 90 days prior to are arrival and never made it. After 30 days we decided to leave and try another repair facility. The one thing that Pierce RV has is full hookups at no charge but being accommodating doesn’t fix anything. Our 2020 KSSB4 issues included, front jacks bleeding off, toilet not holding water, bathroom vent not working, bedroom slide cable has snapped 3 times, off door slide roller hangs up, door side slide tore off upper seal, back window by couch leaks, underbelly full of water. You can blame Covid for a lot of things but not craftsmanship or quality control. It appears that Pierce RV is more than willing to take your money but not willing to stand behind the product they sell and neither is DRV. Show less

Excellent staff, sales team, the best sales and value system I’ve seen so far. After a nightmare situation with a dishonest and inefficient other dealer, we are relieved to be doing business with such a great team here.
