Basically a long distance, on-line purchase with great assistance from salesman providing photos, videos, etc. Traveled to the dealership, did test drive, quick inspection and finalized purchase of the unit. After driving unit home and starting our detailed inspection, realized that unit had not been thoroughly cleaned inside as promised by the salesman. Spoke by phone to them and they assured me that the unit was completely cleaned inside. That could not be further from the truth. We removed trash and various parts and pieces from compartments and drawers, wiped out all the nooks and crannies, etc. Extremely disappointed in this aspect of the transaction.

Our experience has been great!! Bought a 2020 camper with the Celsea location in March... haven’t been able to camp because of Covid-19 lockdown, but Joe, our sales consultant was extremely friendly and Knowledgeable and we just took it in today 6/18/2020 to have it unwinterized (by appointment) and I plugged the camper plug into the truck upside down by mistake (I guess I’m new..lol) and blew out some lights and figured we would have to make another appointment to have it fixed. They unwinterized it and fixed the problem on the spot at little extra cost! Parts and service people are great and friendly too... as long as you make an Appointment, things are great as they are busy... AWESOME JOB to all employees there in MY opinion... travel on and thank you!👍🏻

LONG BUT I PROMISE YOU, worth the read. Ordered a new unit in July of 2017 and filled out paper work to put a deposit down. After a week never heard back about financing so I contacted my own lenders and got my own financing. When I spoke to the salesman I advised I had my own financing and was again asked for a deposit. He stated they didn’t process it the first time because they thought getting me financed would be a problem. In December of 2017 we were advised the unit we ordered was discontinued. After that we went to the dealership and picked a new model off the lot. Went back Jan of 2018 with a check from my lender and paid for the unit. Was promised we would be called before the unit delivered to our seasonal lot and that they would set it up and block it for us. We did what was supposed to be our final walk through and their was trim hanging through out the trailer, Freezer door and kitchen table had large scratches. Once that was all fixed we made arrangements for a final walk through. At that time we were told we could move the items from our trade in to the new unit. When we arrived, they put all our personal belongings from the trade in on their shop floor in garbage bags. Their were also a lot of items left in the trailer after they said they cleared everything out. When the new trailer did deliver, we were not called and the unit was not blocked or even the jacks put down. The unit was delivered with a pin hole in the awning that they did come out and repair. I received 2 recall notices and had some door and leak issues. The unit was brought back in Oct 2018. They fixed the recalls (furnace related and outside kitchen related) and advise their was no leak. I was asked to pick the unit up and bring it back when the rest of the parts for repair came in. Feb 2019 the unit went back. They replaced 2 interior doors and advised again no leak to be found. I was told if it leaked again to send them pictures and they would get it corrected. I advised the service tech the floor felt soft in the storage unit under the bed. He stated it wasn’t soft and it was because the finish floor was not glued down there. When we got it back, 1 door would not close, it was too big, the door handle assemble broke on the other and my furnace stopped working. Shortly after the water leak appeared again. I sent pictures as requested. We dropped the unit back off on Memorial Day of 2019. I was called 4 days later stating they fixed the furnace and still no leak and now they wanted to charge me for the leak test because they already tested it once. When I spoke to the now 3rd service manager I advised him of the soft floor. He had the underbelly dropped and after 2 weeks they found the leak. It now had rotted the front floor section of my trailer. After getting the manufacturer involved it was decided to scrap the unit and replace it with a new unit. I requested a loan pay off with no replacement unit and that was turned down. I had to wait for a new unit to be built. It has been 19 weeks since I dropped my trailer off and I have not received my replacement unit or been offered a loaner. I have spent $1944 in monthly loan and insurance payments and $1949 for a seasonal lot that I have not and will not get to use this summer. When I requested assistance from the dealership for these losses I was told they didn’t build the unit and all new RVs have problems so it’s not their fault. After all these issues, the fact that I was asked to post something nice about them online and a heated conversation is what drove me to posting my review. Picked up our replacement RV on October 11th 2019. On October 18th we received a recall notice that was issued on September 30th (same day it was delivered to the dealership) and they never address the recall in the 2 weeks that had it

We Had our 2017 Rockwood Mini Lite slideout roof leak so bad they estimated it was going to cost us a couple grand to fix. Once the dealers mechanic looked for and found the of the leak. Repairman discovered some issues in the assembly process and called Forest River for us He was able to get Forest River to pick up ALL THE COSTS!!! associated with the repair of our camper. The Dealer Mechanic Kristian did a great job making sure we received fair treatment from the manufacturer. It was good to see Forest River stand by their product. This is by far the best service dept. I've ever worked with. When you buy at LLoyd Bridges you will get excellent service ALL!! the time.

Bought the rv in Feb of 2019, the furnace didn't work the day we picked it up. We have had it back 3 times for service and it still doesn't work. Not to mention moldings, water leak, and toilet seal. While the rv was at the dealer for service the hitch plate was removed from the 5th wheel causing damage to my truck when we picked it up. The owner said it is our responsibility to see what was removed from my rv while at the dealer ( they can't be responsible for your rv while they have it in there possession) Not a place we will spend our money at again.
