Very very disappointed in service …they have had my RV longer than we have,,,Took my issues to VP of service who returned my call and said he had spoke to Friend at Forrest Rivers to get my issues resolved and promised to call back wherther he had an answer from them or not,,,,,Well going on the 3rd week and no call,,,,Visited the VP of the company with my issues down in Nokomis and he said he would look into the situation and be back in touch,,,,well that’s been over a month ago and no word from him either ….good luck if you buy anything from Gerzensky RV,,,, Show less

We purchased a 2022 RV Luxury van, it has been in the shop 4 months out of the 6 that we've owned it, essentially they sold us a LEMON. The Dealership is not taking responsibility for helping us out of this rut. Their service department staff are nice but the Department could improve its efficiency through process improvements but they do not care to take into consideration of advice given to them by customers. Plan on your RV being there for a long time if you take it in to get serviced, double and triple check everything before you take it home after it's repaired, even then plan on something potentially going wrong on your vacation trip. What a great buying experience! Our Sales Rep Keeven Taylor was a champion in finding exactly what we were looking for in a Class A RV but also in our trade-in. Keeven even took time away from his day to take me on a driving/ parking/ radius turn practice before we hit the real road with our brand new RV- absolutely PRICELESS! Gary in finance was a wizard with the lenders and super thorough in the details of our warranties and insights into insurance. Our walk thru was as easy to understand as reading this post. Duke was patient with every last question I had and promptly corrected a light out and missing screw in our unit. Lastly Rusty was my casual southern charm who was a barrel of laughs and insider tips we quickly took note of. Our experience with Keeven Taylor was exceptional! He took care of us quite well. We picked up our RV in Florida and drove it all the way back to California. we purchased our RV nov 7th 2020. our salesperson was Keeven Taylor. We flew from Calif to get the RV. Keeven was exceptionally helpful to us. He knew we were going to drive the RV back to California and took great care making sure our used , consigned, vehicle was safe and ready for our long trip across country. We bought an RV in February 2020. Our salesman was John Lewis and he was great to work with. We financed through them and the rate was awesome and the finance department was great to work with. Their head technician had the RV totally ready to go to take back to Ohio. Once back we realized we didn’t have a ladder and this was a used RV that was being Sold on consignment and our salesman tried to reach the former owners about the ladder but wasn’t able to get it back. So this dealership sent us a brand new ladder!. We would highly recommend buying a m used or new RV from this dealership.They also sold the RV to us with a bumper to bump her four year warranty we had to use it on our refrigerator Several months later and it worked great!
