This was our first RV and the Salesman was extremely helpful in explaining the difference between each trailer. We were a bit apprehensive in buying a larger trailer, but we are glad he talked us out of buying a smaller one first. We trailered horses for years in small 2 horse trailers. We purchased our RV new and also purchased the 7 year warranty on the travel trailer as well as a separate policy for the interior. On one long trip, the dog sat on the top of the couch (covered by a blanket) and the stiching came out at the seams. This was covered under the policy and it was over $1K to repair as the couch had to be taken out at a repair shop. The warranty company did not want to pay for the removal and repair cost, so DDRV Service Manager got involved and it was taken care of per the contract They have been great since we purchased the RV.
