Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, tried to make things right when he could. Unit was fairly priced compared with other dealers. We had a good experience until after the sale! We gave them an extra week to take care of the problems we discovered with the unit. When we came to pick it up they were just working on the list of problems that day. We had to wait for them to finish, and as you can guess there were parts that had to be ordered. We took the unit as we had a trip planned and reservations to camp. We found a few major problems and had to cut our trip short. We called the salesman we dealt with and he was somehow able to get us an appointment for a quick look at the unit. However, the problem was not a quick fix and needed to be brought back in again at a later appointment. We did not want to wait the weeks required to have the dealer look at it again so we made the repairs ourself. We had another problem with the folding dinette table the leg was bent and unable to retract. We took pictures and removed the leg so we could convert the table to a bed. We asked if we could just bring the leg in and get a replacement but we’re told we had to make an appointment and bring the unit in again. The Service department states that they took pictures and ordered a new leg. Service department said new part would be ordered and we could reschedule another appointment to bring it in again.( side note) - it is a one hour drive each way from our residence to this dealership. About a week after the last appointment we received a request from the service department for pictures of the damaged table leg apparently they did not take any we have received a text stating the new leg is in but service department has not responded to numerous phone attempts to schedule repairs. We know the service department is busy, but we feel that it is the responsibility of the business owners to hire and train an adequate team to handle the increase in sales they clearly have not. We read many many reviews on this dealership and our concerns are repeated often. We will stick with them and try to resolve our issues at hand, But would not recommend this company for anyone looking for an RV Show less
