In fact I have more issues after picking the trailer up than when I dropped it off. Not to mention it smells of cigarette smoke in it now and I’m missing random items (blu-ray player, field dressing kit, portable stove, and DVD’s) the “not responsible for lost or stolen items” sign makes sense now…

The day after we drove it off the lot, Jesse contacted us to make sure everything was good on the drive home ( we live over an hour away) and I’m guessing that the after-purchase care will be as awesome as our purchase experience here!

No communication. Zero, even though promised a call back. Starting in March, I was calling weekly for an update, only to be told that the parts had not come in yet. We brought our 2020 Jayco in for a long list of warranty work. 14 items, to be exact. We dropped it off January 14, and did not get it back until April 30. Of the 14 items, only 5 were addressed. Of those 5, only 2 were repaired properly. 3 of the items that NEEDED to be addressed are listed next. 1. Rear axle is bent, causing the tires to bow out when towed; I was told by Jody in service that Jayco denied the claim because axles have a natural curve for weight distribution. However, we had Les Schwab look at it this week and the axle is deteriorating and the brand new tires are cupped. It is going to cause a huge accident one of these days! 2. Slide out leaked underneath, damaging the bench and carpet; They poorly repaired this. Only replaced the carpet in the slide out, not the carpet trim on the outside. An upper piece of the trim is cracked, probably from screwing it in without a drill hole. The upper bench was screwed to the wall with a screw that is too short, so it isn't secured. Also, the wall trim that hides a seam is split along the bottom, probably from one of the "techs" kicking it while installing the slide out pieces. 3. The furnace only blows cold air. They didn't fix this. I was told the furnace works properly- however last weekend up in the mountains, it did not work. Two VERY cold babies can concur. Our main door would only latch closed when you slammed it, and the screen door wouldn't latch at all. CCRV fixed it 50%. The door and screen latch now, but the deadbolt won't work because it is the WRONG striker plate. When I texted Jody about this, he stated that towing can throw the door out of alignment, but he hopes his tech checked the work but couldn't state if the tech did. So we are camping in an unsecured trailer, to say the least. This is just the tip of the iceberg!! I won't bore you with any more details, just know they repair your trailer just good enough. I would have hoped for more pride in their work, but I guess not. Final topping on the cake? I have been dealing with Corporate Jayco since end of March because I needed the parts for my trailer to be expedited. Now I am dealing with them to get the rest of my warranty work completed. Kicker? I am on the hook for a mobile repairman to fix my furnance!! One of the reasons I brought it in in January. I have called twice this week to get the service notes for my trailer, because I believe I wasn't provided all of them. Amanda in service stated that Jody is so busy with lots of customers and work that he is trying. So, I am NOT a customer?? What a crock of BS. Just email the G××D$$$ service notes so I can get my broken axle fixed!! One quick email, less than 3 minutes. Don't even have to talk to me, since you are avoiding me. WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING!! But, there are only two warranty dealers in this area. Screwed all the way around. Wondering if CCRV could only provide a shit job, or if Jayco produced a shit product. Either way, it needs to be fixed!

The worst sales experience I’ve ever had. First off, trying to up-sell a WD hitch for DOUBLE retail cost, to someone who doesn’t need it. They like to tell you they won’t sell you the trailer without the hitch. It’s a lie, don’t fall for it. Despite what they promise, (and what we paid for) the trailer was never cleaned. We found old Oreos and other gross garbage under the couch, and the linoleum was so gross our socks were black after 10 min inside. It seems as if nothing on this unit was maintained while in their possession, despite their claims. The electric tongue jack didn’t work and they tried to blame it on me! They ultimately fixed it but what a nightmare. Don’t get me started on the water issues...too many to list. Had to tarp it immediately. Glad I didn’t fall for the warranty and other extras, because I dont want any reason to go back. When my wife decided on the purchase, we declined the warranty and extras. The salesperson then called me and tried to sell them to me! I told him we already said no, and declined again. The day we signed the paperwork and picked up the trailer he tried to sell us all the extras AGAIN! WE SAID NO!! Absolutely disrespectful and very shady. They know that these units are under maintained, and they want to squeeze every last dime from you. Do your research, spend lots of time in a unit before you buy, and definitely FO NOT BUY FROM THESE HACKS!!

Horrible dealership. I went through 2 salespeople in as many months. Warning. Any firm that fires its people as often as they do has significant internal problems. They sold me on the Grand Design Solitude. Agreed, if everything worked it would have been awesome. But their service group literally screwed us over. No one went through this unit to check on things before the sales. The refrigerator was broken before we got it. The washer and dryer which we spent thousands on would not work, they left shipping blocks inside the water lines. They scratched up the faceplate of a brand new washing machine. The door is offset and no one even tried to fix it. The trim was never set around the door and no one fixed it. I only had this thing for a few hours when I was calling them because of all the issues. Before I bought this unit, I told them I was going to full time it. They even gave me a list of transport companies to move it. When I called them back they smugly said we will fix it when you bring it back. I said you never even paid me the $250.00 you promised to offset the transport fees. They were adamant I would have to bring the unit in and even told me, no one actually lives in thier RV. They knew and played us. They got their $112,000.00 and basically told me to piss off. On the date of the sale I gave them an additional $3,700.00 plus for an extended warranty. They wont honor that until a year is up. I will never purchase from Clear Creek again. Thank to you Chris from sales and service for absolutely nothing. Ive had this unit just over a month now. Ive had to pay out of pocket for all the things Clear Creek failed to do.

Sales person failed to inform me of Rv insurance and took my regular insurance telling me "your good" once I realized special insurance was needed I signed up but had to fight the loan company to have them remove the 14k the tacked onto my loan for insurance. Service department told me on site repairs could be done as I'm living in my RV then new staff came in saying it has to come in. They came to get the unit when I was in Seattle without my knowledge, luckily it was blocked from being pulled out. I have a 2 page list of things that are severely wrong and they could care less that I won't have a place to live if they take it and couldn't tell me a repair time frame. The manufacturer isn't even getting back to me. I would never suggest buying an RV with them. Once they get their sale the customer doesn't matter.
