When I decided to buy a used travel trailer from Camping World in Tyler, Texas, I assumed they were a reputable dealer. That was my first mistake. The trailer seemed to be in like-new condition when I inspected it and took it home. After I got home and started trying different features, I noticed the 12-volt system inside the trailer was not working. I contacted the dealership and was told to bring it in so they could diagnose the problem, AND PAY A SHOP FEE FOR THE DIAGNOSIS. I thought they would do a complete inspection of all trade-ins, and correct any problems, before putting it on the lot to sell. That was my second mistake. Fortunately for me, I spent my career as an electrician and was able to diagnose and repair the problem on my own. I should be charging Camping World a shop fee for the diagnosis and repair, but I guess I can accept it as a lesson learned and warn everyone else to shop somewhere else. If I could give Service and Dealership Warranty/Support zeroes I would. PLEASE BE AWARE AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.
