The worst experience buying a large item in my life. Since the day I bought the Regency rv the whole electric system doesn't work. The sales guy wouldn't call back, the service dept called back exactly one time, and the manager has never called a single time. When the service guy called back (the one time) he told me all I could do was to bring it in and fly home or find a different dealership. To make it worse, the rv manufacturer also won't call back despite numerous calls and emails. This has gone on for over a month and the electric system has not worked a single day. Literally the entire electric system. I have no opinion on the parts dept, the rest of the place is just a terrible experience. I regret that I ever worked with them and advise anyone to just work with someone else.

We flew from SoCal to Austin to buy an almost new B+ motorhome from Camper Clinic II. Craig was our salesman and was awesome! He picked us up at the airport in Austin and brought us to the dealership in Buda. Yep the deal was that good. The whole deal was great from start to finish. Although the unit was bought "as is, no warrantee" as we were driving it back to California we noticed the Grey Tank was leaking. We called Camper Clinic II, and although there was no warrantee they had me get a mobile repair person when we settled for a few days in Tucson, Az and paid the entire bill to fix the problem! Wonderful service from a topnotch dealer! Thank you Mike!!! I whole heartedly recommend this dealership! 5 Stars+

Workmanship and warranty is extremely poor. Communication is latent. We took it in for minor issues and none were addressed! They caused new damages to our brand new ‘21 Globetrotter Airstream! Extremely disappointed. We are taking it to the factory to fix their damages. They switched our new mattress for NO REASON; found tags were taken off a twin mattress! Kitchen sink is still damaged and bath tub has dents that they tried to hide. They had to replace an overhead cabinet door that they damaged which didn’t have any problems to begin with! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

There are three parts to this review... Sales, Service and Consignment. SALES - The sales experience was fine. Our salesman did a good job and always followed up with us when we had questions. I wish the other departments were like this, but they are not. Many reviews online are good but refer specifically to the sales aspect of dealing with Camper Clinic II. We also felt positive in the beginning of our relationship with this dealer, but this quickly changed. SERVICE - The service department is terrible. When you take your RV in for service it will likely sit in their dusty parking lot up to a month before they even look at it. You might get estimates on when it could be fixed but our experience was they are not accurate. We purchased a brand new 2021 Airstream Classic from this dealer and have had to cut trips short and cancel scheduled trips due to constant problems with the RV and horrible service. And good luck getting anyone to return your calls or provide updates. Nobody is assigned to your RV when you drop it off and they have no idea when they'll get to it. And there is no concern for any inconvenience it may cause you - they will just say, "yes, we are running behind schedule right now." And in the end, after constant problems with a new, expensive RV and not being able to keep scheduled trips because of never knowing how long our Airstream could be in their service department, we decided to sell our Airstream and find other ways to travel. We quickly found it just wasn't worth all the problems that come with this dealer. CONSIGNMENT - So, we agreed to let them sell our Airstream through their consignment program. Huge mistake! They wold not honor their own contract which clearly states we would have our money within 14 days from the selling and funding of the new deal. They refused to pay us our money (tens of thousands of dollars) due to some corporate policy, not mentioned anywhere in the contract, about them needing to have the title in hand before they would pay us our proceeds. All funding was complete, our loan paid off, our RV was with the new owners, and Camper Clinic II has the full proceeds from the sale and we were expected to wait 4-6 weeks on the title work (their bank was backed up this long on getting title work processed - I talked to them 3 times.) We had to consult with an attorney as they were past the 14 day period on the contract. Finally, after multiple calls to their corporate office in Florida and with the assistance of a sales mgr. at CC2, we got them to agree to waive their unwritten title policy and cut us a check, which then took them almost another week to actually do. But I know if we had not been so proactive in talking to their corporate office and having to potentially involve a lawyer, we would have been waiting 4-6 weeks to get our money and they could not care less that you seem upset about this. All of this just speaks to the character of this dealership and how they treat customers AFTER the sale, and also how they conduct business. We have done consignment deals with other dealers in selling previous RVs we owned and it was fast, simple and uncomplicated. We had to fight this company to get the money we were owed. It was ridiculous. The "we will do the right thing by our customers" mentality does not exist at Camper Clinic II. Basically, we just found that there is no level of trust with these people and that's a bad position to be in when you have to rely on them to fix the RV you bought from them. They will tell you things they cannot do, they will agree on terms they will later not honor and they have no problems with treating their customers in this manner. And it seems to exist from their corporate office in Florida directly down to the dealer. If I were buying another Airstream (which I probably would not), I would drive to another state before considering this dealer.

CAMPER CLINIC II (Buda TX) THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! RV techs are great and always complete the jobs correctly. However, is pathetic for its business. I am writing this review on behalf of my parents. They spoke to GM and he literally was no help at all. Just continuously stated “it’s out of his hands what happens on THEIR property” My parents brought in there rv in for routine maintenance/roof work not once but 2 times and had mice damage in the interior both times (we know this bc we left mice traps in the rv and have caught them both times while the camper has been at this location) There we’re 2 mice left in the camper when we came to pick it up also there were wood shavings all over the counter where they uninstalled and reinstalled the AC unit. They didn’t care to clean that up clearly otherwise they would have seen the mice in the traps. Talked to a lady in the service department and she proceeds to tell me (we are not responsible for damage we have no control over). You would think as a big company you would try and make things right and talk about how they could get the interior fixed since the damage happened at their location not once but TWICE!!!!! Please do yourselves a favor and NEVER bring your rvs to this location because god forbid something happens “out of their control” they won’t even be willing to help you out at all. Terrible customer service.
