We have been happy with the dealership so far. we bought our fifth wheel in 2021. The salesperson was super friendly, they knew a lot about the unit we bought. The manager was very helpful and called me back when I reached out to them. I have only called for service once and that went well. They took care of getting the fifth wheel ready for pick up and even delivered it to us since we lived out of the area.

On December 4, 2021 my husband and i bought what we were told and advertised to be a 2021 Keystone Sprinter 316FWRLS. Recently after trying to get information to camper titled in Kentucky where we live and calls to Kentucky DMV and calling Ohio titling as well duplicate titles issued to be sent to lender to send to Kentucky, This is how we learned we were actually sold a 2020 Sprinter not a 2021 the lady at the Ohio titling told me the paperwork and vin all show camper is a 2020 not 2021. I wish we would have read all the reviews on them we would have never purchased a camper from them. We opened a complaint with BBB and the day after was contacted my GM who said he has never had this happen and we are correct and he is going to contact manufacturer to compare price of 2020 to 2021 the MFG sticker shows date of 3/13/20 and another sticker with stock number, VIN, year, make, model showing 2021. It is 2 years old and we haven't owned it not a year. The GM called my husband offered him some price which i spoke with my Finance department and GM and said that ridiculous. My husband called him back left voicemail same day he called him no callback and then another one the next day still no callback and so far today no callback. Very bad poor business practices and customer service.

In 2019 I bought a new 2018 Venom ($74,000.00) and have had nothing but issue after issue. I took the unit in for the Ha Ha...Forever Warranty work and other issues on Sept 23 2021. On May 14 , 2022 they finally told me they were unable to make the needed repairs including all but one item we listed as Ha Ha...Forever Warranty items. After 8 MONTHS of unanswered calls, emails from Service Mgr, General Manager Jim Leep (jiml@buckeyerv.com), broken promises, and down write lies they finally told me I had 7 days to remove the unit from their lot or I would be charged $50.00 per day. They told me NO work was done on the unit but upon picking it up I found the control panel in the side storage compartment was removed, the LCI Panels were removed, and various other locations had been deconstructed and they refused to correct , the auto levelers had been extended and would not retract in order for the unit to be towed, and they refused to provide any resource to assist in retracting the levelers. My tow driver and I had to physically remove each of the six levelers in order for it to be towed. I would not recommend you consider Buckeye RV when choosing your camper dealer.

If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would. Buckeye RV is terrible. We purchased our used 2017 Jayco North Point camper from them in 2020. First, they give you this check list of everything they checked which is total bull crap. We got the thing home and went camping with it a month later and found so much broken on it it was ridiculous and of course you get no help from Buckeye RV. Even with purchasing a warranty. They didn't even clean the thing. I had to clean it myself and found dog bones under the couch push pens in the closet, my sweeper swept up a ton of dog hair left from the previous owners, etc. We also purchased a wheel and tire warranty we tried to use on our first vacation with the fifth wheel bc one of the tires blew out on us. I was on the phone arguing with the warranty company Buckeye RV sold us every day of our vacation to try to get help and we ended up having to fix it ourselves. So I cancelled the wheel and tire warranty in October of last year and am still trying to get my money back from Buckeye RV. I have spent the last 11 months trying to get my money back from the warranty company and Buckeye RV for a wheel and tire warranty I wasn't able to use when we needed it the most. I have spent the last two months doing Buckeye RV's job for them in getting the warranty company to release my money back to Buckeye RV and now Buckeye RV is refusing to send me the check directly when we're the ones who had to have our tire replaced. Buckeye RV is worthless after they sell you your camper. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
