Major problems with new Heritage Glen. Had in for warranty repairs major electrical issues. They gad it for 3 months, gave it back, said everything fixed. Took it on trip, nothing was fixed. Took it back, another 3 months go by..same story, same results. Year and half later I gave it a go, and fixed it all in 20 min of just good old common sense. Power cable was bad. Awning seperated and had to be replaced 2 months out. Got it with pin holes all over roof. Didn't trust dealer ship so had repaired elsewhere. They screwed it up and replaced it twice. Check roof out befor ever buying rv from these idiots. In 2 years of ownership, 23,000.00 in repairs. Never but an Rv from Big Country or Forest River product again!
