Very poor quility and craftsmanship. No quality control. Things started to fall apart within 50 miles of the dealership. I’ve had to fix and or repair everything you can image since buying new in August of 2024. Warranty and dealership were a joke. Never again will I purchase new from camping world anywhere.. We decided to buy another Grand Design RV after our first GD was so well built. Man, a lot has changed! From the day we bought the RV there has been nothing but issues. The dealership has had it more than 7 months of the last 14 months. 3 of the 4 four brakes didn't;t work the day we bought it, but the dealership told me to go buy a fuse for my truck and sent me on my way. From the beginning our list of issues included; Front door not closing correctly garage entry door not closing correctly marker lights not working rear brake light intermittent working gas fill station won't take gas tears in roof bubbled out wall panels electrical outlet not mounted propoerly trim falling off trim not cut to correct length seem tape coming off on various walls shower rail not caulked at all and leaking water caulk hardened in sink Front door let light pass through the door because they're was no foam in part of the door. Under rear of garage metal is already rusting stair rail was loose on inside stair rail on outside rusted Those were just some of the issue, but we had to have them repaired multiple times. The fuel station still doesn't fill correctly, and we have had to bring it back many times for repairs to be redone. While the repairs are a problem with the dealership, GD has done little to nothing to make things right. Where as we used to be big fans of GD, we will be looking at other brands now for our next RV. Do not buy a venture. They will not honor their warranty. Our dish washer blew up in 6 weeks they said they would only replace a fuse. The fuse is not blown , the door for the outside kitchen is warped and won’t latch the refuse to replace it, the outside kitchen sink had a water line leaking it came thru and warped the inside paneling it loots awful they won’t fix that. In my opinion the venture rv line are junk and zero warranty. Run from this brand I gave a 1 rating because I could not give a zero Show less

My husband and I purchased this unit brand new off the factory line from a dealership in Fort Myers, FL. We liked the spacious interior and floor plan and were very excited about the purchase. The excitement of the purchase has turned into ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT!! We have had nothing but problems with the unit due to very poor design flaws, crappy installation, and Forest River WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT & MAKE THE CORRECTIONS THAT ARE NEEDED & MAKE SURE THAT THE REPAIR COMPANY GETS PAID FOR THEIR TIME AND EFFORTS! I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE ISLAND COUNTERTOP SINK THAT KEEPS COMING DISCONNECTED FROM THE COUNTERTOP BECAUSE THE BRACKETS ARE THIN AND BREAK, PROBLEMS WITH THE FLOOR BEING SOFT IN THAT SAME LIVING ROOM KITCHEN AREA, THE DOOR IN THE UPSTAIRS BEDROOM WAS TILTED UPON PURCHASE AND THE BATHROOM DOOR WOULD NOT SHUT PROPERLY. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE & FIND ANOTHER UNIT. Show less

East to west does NOT stand behind their "luxury" brand. We had to have emergency service to replace the generator (installed incorrectly) and TWO emergency services because the installation of windows is not correct and they spontaneously shatter in weather changes. DO NOT BUY. I REPEAT - FIND ANOTHER BRAND. Show less

We purchased our 2025 Genesis Vortex Supreme 3219VXL because of the floor plan. Our 4-seater CanAm Maverick X3 Max X rs Turbo RR fits perfectly! With the toys out, there is plenty of room for the family. Love the layout and full size frig. Cons - no oven! The microwave was cheap and wasn't even convection so we had to swap out immediately. Another downside to Genensis Supreme - their warranty sucks. Factory shipped unit in July 2025. We picked up new from local dealer in August 2025. By January 2026, the skylight in the bathroom was leaking. (Essentially 1st big rain in San Diego CA). We discovered the caulking around the skylight had bubbled and left open gaps which allowed the water to come in. We took to dealer to repair - it wasn't covered under warranty! The trailer shouldn't have left the factory like that and shame on the dealership for handing it over as a new purchase like that. Luckily we had purchased expensive extended warranty which overed the $240 repair. It really was factory defect / poor workman ship. Buyers beware of Genesis Supreme. Show less

Great recreational vehicle for a large family. You can definitely full time love in this with zero issues at all. Has everything you need to get started as a weekend warrior or full time living. If you want to have separate permanent sleeping spaces for everyone, this is the camper for you. Show less

Bought this trailer in 2017 brand new. The day I took possess I had the spot weld the drop down legs as the pull pin was bringing the internals out as well on about every corner. Shower holder fell off wall, wasn’t screwed into anything but the wall board which is very thin. Roller bearings on the roll out trashcan came out, the back of the supports weren’t braces on both sides allowing it to move up and down independent of each side. At the two year mark the converter went out and then the refrigerator cooling unit went out. The roof was delaminating and the nails were coming loose underneath the membrane and trying to poke through. Then the water from snow and rain started seeping under the fiberglass shell. It was nothing but a money pit. The slides wouldn’t always go in evenly and I had to take that for work as well. If you buy one expect to budget another $250 a month for repairs above the monthly payment . I will never buy another keystone product again. I purchased a 1995 Nash that I have had no issues with. What surprised me is the Nash toilet still will hold water unlike the keystone. Show less

This has been an absolute great experience. We have had a few minor issues which our dealership handled expeditiously. The quality is good. We have traveled extensively and are still enjoying our coach. Blade RV in Mt Vernon Wa is top notch with customer service and support. Show less

Our 2019 Grand Design Reflection 337RLS has been basically trouble free. I work great distances from home; consequently, the camper has had a lot of full-time use. The only thing that has failed is the microwave, but I've learned that was most likely my fault from my habit of warming plates/dishes without any food and that will damage the microwave magnetron. The new microwave was an easy R&R for my wife and I. I do my best to stay up on maintenance. I haven't had any leaks, but I have had to repair taillights, replace the toilet, and the spare tire is prone to loosen up. All in all it has been a great camper. . .I'm 2,500 miles from home and living in it right now. I've heard people complain about the water heater being too small, but I run the electric & gas while showering and never run out of hot water. Show less
