It’s been a great RV. Very roomy, comfortable, with plenty of room and storage. It’s got all the goodie’s in it with two tvs l, one in living area and one in the bedroom. It saved us a few years ago during the Tx hard freeze- we were warm with plenty of water for the week before we got power back on and water back in the area. And same thing again when the Hurricane came through leaving us with no power or water again! The most challenging item for me is it takes me a bit to settle in driving it. It seems so wide to me. But I settle in after a bit! But it’s time to retire on those long trips so we are selling it.

Purchased new from a reputable dealer in Florida . Jayco customer service very responsive, quickly replaced a leaky window under their two year warranty.. The coach has been extremely reliable with a few minor issues over 40,000 miles. Ford V10 engine with tow/haul has been trouble free. Interior quality very good. Large basement compartments with pass throughs. No issues with genset , AC or appliances. Cab noise louder than I would like. Overall quality good.

This RV Entegra Coach ARC has a good layout for the most part but has some serious issues with the navigation system (tomtom it resets and it freezes at times). The RV has good heating, a shower, a toilet and reservoirs. The back and front don't come with stairs so we slipped many times being an older couple. The bed design is poor though and is prone to breaking. The van has troubles going up and down hills. Our brakes heated up and had to stop at one point. And, the transmission seems to have problems on steep inclines. Definitely not built for back roads. Its ok for city urban driving. Gas consumption is ok. Seats comfortable. Its confusing what can be powered on and what can not from battery vs generator. How much amperage the inverter can handle. Hookup is easy. Emptying grey water is easy as well.

This model is excellent for families or couples. We have a total of eleven and a half years experience with American Coach and Fleetwood. The engine and chassis are the best rated on the market. We have traveled the Canadian Rockies, US Rockies, Smoky Mountains, Appalachian Trail, East coast to West Coast, and Canada to to the Gulf. All travels with full power and excellent performance. Easy set up when docking, leveling, and utility connecting. All appliances, A/C, furnace, hot water heater in great operating condition. Thermostat, water heater electrical board and bypass value replaced, skylight in Shower replaced , Refrigerators electronic board and freezing unit replaced, all seals on roof recently replaced, This coach is a dream to handle and the ride is smooth and comfortable. We have towed a Jeep Wrangler using a Blue Ox tow bar and the hook ups are simple and fast.

The previous reviews are for previous years. I guess they have improved this model for 2024 since it has only been around since 2021. I have had this now for 7 months, traveled 8,000 miles, stopping more than 40 times in 9 states and 2 provinces. Hasn't given me any trouble at all during all this. Everything works well and is quite dependable so far. The Ram van is a great vehicle with a fine, comfortable ride. I get up to 20 mpg unless it's very windy, then it goes down to 16 or 17. Only a minor U-connect software recall they fixed right quick. So, I am impressed and quite pleased with my new home. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for quality are the drawers, which are a bit flimsy but quite functional. I'm sure things will break, everything made by humans will, then I might have something to say about Thor service! I wouldn't have given a service rating but it was mandatory.

We purchased the Jayco Greyhawk 27U in 2020. Our model was manufactured before the Covid quality issues began. Our experience has been 100% positive and we have had no need for any warranty or factory support. Having a king-size bed adds a dimension of comfort that is rare in an RV. I expected that driving an E-450 truck would be a challenge, but with the J-Plus suspension, it rides very smooth and handles well. The tow mode makes mountain driving easy. I work remotely and carry a mast with high-gain cellular antenna that allows me to have my video meetings for "almost" anywhere. We tow a 2002 Jeep Wrangler with a bike rack that carries two e-bikes and have been real happy with this RV.
