We bought this 2004 brand new it is now 17 yrs old. We needed a new roof and brought it back to the dealer we bought it from(White Horse Rv Williamstown NJ. This is the only time we have had service. The staff was blown away with the beautiful condition it was in. We were considering a coach but after much review we decided to keep our 2004 and replace the roof. We are 65 yrs old it's the best decision we made after seeing the reviews on newer Rvs and Coaches. The Jayco brand has really declined.

Just spent 4 months in my HI-LO in Arizona to escape the cold Winter in AZ. Everything in it works fine, especially the furnace. It sets up camp very quickly. Top raises to full position in 12 seconds. I experienced turbulent winds for the last 500 miles of my trip back to Kansas without any sway or unstable movements that high profile trailers give. I pull it with my 98 Econoline E250 and got 15 MPG on trip home. The only thing I could complain about is the seal around the top and bottom. Drafts are prevalent especially on windy days. I use duct tape to seal out the drafts. If I didn't have mirrors, I wouldn't notice it behind me when towing it. Its a great companion.

Great RV for two lots of room with the slide and a big bath for the wife great bed. Easy to tow with a Chevy pickup and was easy to setup when we arrived. Dry camping was easy with 60 gal . of water and the built in 4200 watt. gen. great for two.Decided to sell after wife passed away .but was fun for years and trouble free. Looking to buy a small class C MH while I have my health to still travel.

When we travel, I have to check to make sure it is still behind us. We have met so many new friends. I love the slide it gives us so much more space🍀 Because our Airstream is a 2004 it does not come with a factory warranty. This is the only reason, I could not give it a 5 Star. I have called the factory and everyone tried to help me, very friendly 😊

Bought this unit used in Alaska, the extreme arctic edition with extra insulation. It was great. Held up through the Fairbanks winters and did sterling service moving to Texas. The Alcan highway, Rockies, she took it like a champ. Since then a good extra place for guests until we recently sold it. She now does service as a weekend cabin near a lake south of Dallas. It is a great unit with a full bedroom, a good kitchen a full bath and extra bunks we normally used for the dog's beds (lower) and storage (upper). The seals held, it drove well, I recommend a hitch stabilizer though for rough roads and windy conditions. We lived in it for 4 months while searching for a new house, it was just fine. The only things I would have preferred would have been a slide out (I think added to later models) and a more sofa-like dinette. The classic hard back ones are uncomfortable over longer periods, say if you have to work while sitting there. Our buyer is a happy camper with a nice place to stay while fishing.
