Ben and Carl in Sales at Open Roads in Jasper are top notch making our buying experience a pleasure. We told Ben what we were interested in and he showed us the 2 campers we had come to see. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the units and did not try to up-sell us at all. We have had several campers and this would be our first purchase from Open Roads. We selected a new KZ Escape trailer and went back into the building. When it came time to finalize Ben got with Carl and we arrived at an agreeable price with no high pressure sales tactics. My wife and I are very pleased with the process and professionalism. A pick up time was arranged for 7 days later to allow time for clean up and such. At that time Austin in a Service bay had the AC running gave a very thorough orientation. The trailer was clean and all appliances and features were demonstrated in good order.
