I feel bad writing this review, but Giant should have checked the RV before I drove off the lot with it. 2023 Eat West Alta 2350KRK with serious defects from day one. I feel bad writing this review, but Giant should have checked the RV before I drove off the lot with it. 2023 Eat West Alta 2350KRK with serious defects from day one. I paid $900 to have the RV prepped before I picked it up and nothing was checked properly. Bathroom doors fell off. Hot water heater failed to work and we were told it was a low water issue. I wasn't low water it was a gas line issue. Tail lights full of water (sealed led lights) plumbing leaks. To be honest since we were in vacation when we made the purchase Giant didn't have a chance to repair the issues. But again I must point out they knew we were on vacation and didn't check the RV.

Got good service and good price the RV was great would recommend them to anyone else looking for a new r used RV close to were we lived and that was the nice take a look at what they have. It was worth the wait for us. We looked 6 month until we found the right one....

Do not buy from this company. Purchased travel trailer brand new 2022.
After a complete inspection they stated that took place, while you are not around, I drove off after signing only to have the slide not work the first time I was showing someone, a day later. Brand new... It closed down half of the RV and...

After a complete inspection they stated that took place, while you are not around, I drove off after signing only to have the slide not work the first time I was showing someone, a day later. Brand new... It closed down half of the RV and I was unable to access part of the trailer.
Service tech has been very Informative however. Great work to Jordan.
Still not fixed after nearly a month and now had to have two legal teams get involved! No response to lawyers either so it must go to court. I bought a new one to avoid any issues. No response from any of the individuals and the front desk would only allow me to speak with my sales rep.

They give you ZERO time to really go over your coach, they do NOT listen, they do NOT provide the consumer/purchaser the required Attorney General LEMON LAW Packet (which they are required to do during time of acquisition). Our BBB complaint was opened and now I am filing a formal complaint with the Attorney Generals Office. Do yourselves a favor.... really really really, and I stress really do your homework. This dealership does NOT stand behind it's word nor does it care to actually help the consumer. GO directly to Alliance Recreational RV's because they at least stand behind their build, their product and their name with a buy-back program unlike these folks.
WE GET WHAT WE GIVE and I pray the owner gets his sooner rather than late.

Worst experience ever when doing an investment like this. Sales Person (Ramon Fuertes) was excellent...no doubt about that but the Finance Department was a mess, no communication whatsoever until the day of picking the unit up. After that, I had to bring the unit back a month later because just before I left on the day of pick up I was told that they had to order a new under belly because the technician messed up the one that came with the unit. They told me 1 to 2 days after I dropped it off. It has been 9 days now and I can't even talk to the original tech that received my unit so another tech answered my calls not knowing what is going on with my unit and telling me that Jorden will call me back. I called again today, no luck, asked for the Service Manager, no luck, contacted the CEO which I have two surveys to fill out, no luck. Horrible Dealer...PLEASE STAY AWAY! Is been the worst experience ever.
