On 2/20/25 I went to camping world service dept with my class C,THOR FOURWINDS for service and after they had finished with service .Water was leaking from under the sink and a service tech came out looked up under sink and said the pipes had frozen over night.The tech never touch the pipes or did a thorough check and that I would have to pay to get it fixed.what I am saying is I purchased my Class C Thor Fourwinds RV from BUFORD CAMPING WORLD and had the service did and paid 1032.32 and
drove 114 miles and now I have water all over the inside of the RV.The service tech ROBIN said I had to pay for this, and the service mananger said I had to pay and there was nothing he could do.He the service mananger said he could not control the weather.I just asked him for justice ,the RV was uder there care.so I say please think twice about using CAMPING WORLD BUFORD GA SERVICE DEPT .I went in for a OIL CHANGE and A SERVICE on my vehicle. and left with WATER DAMANGE AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.I was asking for a happy medium and left with water damange that I had no control over or anything to do with.CUSTOMER BEWARE.I am a disable veteran and to be treated like this.Well this was my CUSTOMER experience at CAMPING WORLD BUFORD GA>
