I took my RV to WorldWide RV (WWRV) in June 2022 for several repairs. The main repair was to replace the bedroom slide out exterior floor base. WWRV stated they replaced it and billed my warranty company for the replacement, however, they lied regarding the materials used, the work was done with poor craftsmanship and the technician caused damage to the facia boards and the slide out's electrical cables. The technician also left debris all over the RV, used the toilets and left grease smeared on the floor. We presented this information to the Service Manager who confirmed the work was done poorly and that WWRV did not use the materials my warranty company was billed for. He agreed to have the work re-done. The RV was at WWRV for almost 2 months. In that time, they also replaced the rear AC. We were under the impression the slide was replaced properly until May 2023 when the slide would not open. We took the RV to another repair shop who have confirmed that WWRV ruined the slide. The internal flooring is buckling due to the exterior floor base being replaced incorrectly. The exterior portion of the floor base is rippled and the new repair shop states it needs to be completely replaced. The warranty company will not pay for the same repair to be done twice. The rear AC was replaced with the wrong AC and now does not have a heat strip. We now have a broken slide and incorrect AC due to WWRV and are unable to have either replaced because the warranty company will not cover the costs again. WWRV has behaved unethically and possibly criminally by falsifying billing to my warranty company and creating thousands of dollars of damage to my RV.

Provided all the details of my RV for a patio door lock cylinder replacement - I even insisted that they check to be sure the part they send is correct for my model and VIN number. The lock cylinder received was incorrect and did not fit the door handle on my Jayco. Tried calling them numerous times, sat on hold numerous times only for the call to ultimately be dropped after over 30 mins of waiting each time. Finally got a voicemail box, left a message, never received a call back. Huge waste of my time for an error on their part. Tried again several weeks later and finally go through only to be told that I had only had 72 hours to return the item and there was nothing they could do. Seriously?! Pretty sure you could do SOMETHING!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and an unacceptably INCOMPETENT parts department. Their obvious lack of caring for their customers will cost you your good money. If I could give negative stars I would.

I also understand that trying to register it to someone else's address in AZ is highly illegal. The people were great, the process was easy. Parts take time to come in, so if I ever need anything I'll think outside the box and order ahead.

Dishonest and incompetent in sales and service. When I bought my trailer (I live in California), I paid $377 for "lic-title-reg-doc-postage." When I picked up the trailer, I was told they would not register it because I lived in California. Instead they sent a notice of purchase to the DMV which cost $6. I later asked them to register the trailer at my parents' address in Arizona. I was told it was "too late." I then asked for a refund since they did not perform under the contract. I was told the $377 was a "document fee" that they would not reimburse. It is illegal and unethical to charge for a service you do not provide! I brought my trailer in for service in early August for repairs to a fan and a window latch. In December, I notified them that I would be picking up the trailer. Leslie Fisher texted me on December 26th saying they did not have the part, which was untrue. I contacted the TAXA dealership and found out that the part was delivered November 30th, When I arrived at the dealership on the prearranged date, December 28th, the repair had STILL not been done! Bill Hannah made the repair as I waited. We then discovered that the fan had not been fixed as was stated on the work order. Also, someone at the dealership had broken another window latch! So, not only did they not make the repairs, they broke the trailer. These people are completely incompetent and untrustworthy.
