Salesman Mike V. was very helpful and patient with us. Ed and his team in service improved upon an idea I found on the internet to provide enough amperage through the trailer running lights circuit to finally make my rear view camera on the trailer work! My Audi, and I believe some modern Chev and GM vehicles, do not send enough power via the 7 prong trailer connector for them to work. While the voltage is sufficient the amperage is not as the Furrion S needs about 300 milliamps, nearly three times what my Audi provides. The Furrion Lippert vision s 7way power adapter only doubles the current which was not enough. Show less
