What a night mare to deal with this company (we have been RVing for decades and this is the worse experience out of all the RV companies we dealt with.) We purchased a brand new class A RV, at the time the sales person reassured us that the service department would provide excellent service. As part of the purchase we agreed to specific conditions based on this, we purchased the RV. Our first trip with the new RV revealed many flaws with the RV, faulty lock, windows not opening needles to say we spent our first night in the cold because guess what 0 propane in tank and we were told "yes the propane tank is full". I texted the salesperson to let him know, no propane, but no response. We returned to Calgary and made an appointment to get the many issues resolved, the following week we received a call from service saying Woody's RV had a break in and someone stole our catalytic converter, and we would have to pay for the theft as Woody's holds no responsibility. The service person indicated we would have to put a claim in through our insurance company. We had planned a family trip and had hoped to bring our RV, I asked if there was anything that could be done to do a temporary fix, $500 plus later we did get a temporary fix (due to not having a converter our trip cost us close to $2,000.00 for gas). After our return home, I took pictures of all the faults (sealant that we paid for peeling off, all 4 tires leaking oil at the tire bolts (safety issue), wires hanging from the bottom of the RV, door impossible to open, water leaking when slides are pulled in, the list goes on). I requested that the service person coordinate the repairs with installing a new lock (which never worked), converter installed and I didn't want to take any more chances on leaving the RV in their lot over a weekend. The service person responded to my request, #1 - I would have to take the RV to a Ford dealership to deal with the tire bolts leaking oil, to be looked at by a mechanic, #2 - I would have to contact another service provider to order a converter and make arrangements to take the RV there so that they can install another catalytic converter. I responded to her "Are you serious?, I have to take time off work to deal with these faults" She did offer to make an apt to have the other faults looked at (the reason I brought the RV to Woody's in the first place was to address the issues, you would think they would have wanted to make sure all the other issues were addressed before calling me to tell me about the theft on their lot). Somewhere along this recall of events, a Woody's survey guy calls and I share my concerns, I never hear from him again. My experience has been so horrific I didn't even want to do 1 star but you can't post unless you give Woody's at least 1 star there is no star for horrific. I am going to continue writing reviews because I want other RV owners to be aware "buyer beware" to let people know how this turns out because I should have read reviews before we purchased.
