I have been to this dealership a couple times. First experience was with sales. It was in 2022 during the winter and my wife and I were looking for a 5th wheel Jayco eagle. After meeting with sales, we were told all the units on premises were open and to feel free to enter. It was freezing outside but we braved the elements to have a look. After we entered the first RV., shortly thereafter I heard the lock click while in the RV, further inspection found that the staff had locked the RV we were in. Upon exiting I learned that the employees were locking all RV's up for the day with over two hours left before closing. We had to walk back to the main building to have someone open the units back up so that we could see them. The price given for the eagle model was six figures. Second experience was June 2023. I had now purchased a 2022 Jayco Northpoint 310RLTS from Roans RV in Northern PA. I was experiencing OEM exterior camera failures on my Northpoint. Since I was under warranty and near the Williamstown location. I took my rear camera to that location. The shop foreman took a look at the camera and ultimately determined the camera was defective. This also was the beginning of having to replace all the cameras due to improper manufacturing as the cameras had been overtightened during assembly and camera housings were cracked from the factory. I asked if I could exchange my rear camera since I was under warranty. I was told no camera was available and they would have to contact Jayco for the camera and it would take about 1 or 2 months. I asked to schedule an appointment so at least I would be in que. I was asked if I purchased my RV from them. I replied that I did not. I was told that 1st appointment available for me to have one camera replaced would be January of 2024 (7 months?) So I left with offering to leave my bad camera so they could order me a new one under warranty. They told me they did not need my camera to order and would call me when the new camera came in. After about 3 weeks, I called for a status update. They told me they needed my camera before they could order a new replacement! The next day, I called Roans RV that was 4 hours away where I had made my RV purchase from. Long story, but I had a new camera shipped to me in 3 days. And ultimately replacing both left and right sides as well without issue dealing with Roans. My price point was also about 30K less for a Northpoint, not an Eagle. I will not be returning to any locations operated by Whitehorse RV. Service and sales are horrible. Alternatively, I highly recommend Roans RV in Williamsport, PA.

CAVEAT Emptor- Whitehorse RV center will turn your dream of RV ownership into a nightmare. I submitted the following review to WH-RV sveral days prior to posting here. I never received any follow-up after my unpleasant visit or this review's submission. After searching for over a year and a half for a Class A RV, we found a suitable used Winnebago Journey DP at Whitehorse RV Center. During inspection, I noticed that 1 leveling jack did not retract fully. This was a safety and drivability issue. After being assured that this problem would be addressed, we left a deposit in late April and returned several days later for a test drive which went well enough. We set a pickup-up date in mid-May. Whitehorse did not look at the leveler until 4 days before the pickup date and determined a part was needed. So we cancelled the first date. Then a week later, another part was needed. My Wife and I took several leaps of faith with the additional delays for what was originally characterized as a simple problem by WH RV staff. On May 20, we were told the RV would ready by May 28 so we scheduled Wed, Jun 2 for pickup (2 weeks later). On Jun 2, we arrived with full payment in hand, we each took a PTO day from work, and I had a friend from PA join me as my copilot due to my inexperience. After a fast paced walkthrough, I requested a demonstration of the leveler jacks; they did not work at all; no extension and no retraction. So to be clear, the technician caused a leveling system that was 88% operational to be completely non-operational, and never tested it in the week before our scheduled "big day". Had someone followed-up and informed us, we would have rescheduled. Clearly this was a failure to communicate on their part. After some hasty, incomplete and highly speculative diagnosis, it was conjectured another special part was needed, causing another multi-week delay. After reflecting on this particular instance of ineptitude, the wasted PTO, repeated travel back and forth, and other issues, we lost confidence in their ability to deliver honestly and on a timely basis and decided to walk away. At no time before we left WH RV Center were we approached by any manager, salesman or authoritative person to entice us to reconsider or even apologize for this debacle even though we gave ample opportunity and time to be approached. Between the incompetent technical staff who rendered a partially operational subsystem into a completely non-functional one, our disingenuous salesman, the absentee management, and lack of interdepartmental communication, I cannot understand how a business can treat customers like this. My wife and I are people of modest means and this was a really big deal and a lot of money for us. Coordinated PTO days are not easy to schedule. Our time meant nothing to these people. It was like they tanked the jack demonstration on purpose so we would ultimately be fed up and bailout so they could sell it to someone else for better terms.

Their website highlights how they have been in business since 1973. I am amazed how they could mistreat anyone like they did us and be in business over 48 years.

I asked if the RV could be looked at and possible road test, the Salesman stated the RV was ready for sale. I drove 200 miles to see this RV. The salesman had very little knowledge of this unit, stating that they just received it for consignment and had not prepped and that he would need to get permission from the owner to allow a road test. Though he did show me the unit, he was all to quick to point out that he has several people interested in buying this unit. The salesman was also quick to discount any service or repair questions because, “ we are very busy, we don’t have time to do that type of work”! Referring to my question of replacing the carpet! I just felt this guy was not interested in selling me this unit, for reasons unknown!

White Horse trailers and Jayco don’t seem to care, point fingers at Chevy. While the multiple problems seem to be the cab chassis who really knows if wires were not damaged in the unfit. If not you would still think the dealer and Jayco would want to help. So much for a dream trip- they will have memories of this nightmare forever.

I've been going to RV shows for the past 25 years, I consider myself a professional RVer, I've had numerous motorhomes and travel trailers,With that being said at the last RV show in Edison on (1/19/19) I was looking on Whitehorse RV Centers Pre owned sales board and saw a nice preowned 2015 Thor Freedom Elite, and me and my wife expressed Great interest, I had told the salesman we went by camping world and saw a beautiful Thor on sale, so at the advice from This Salesman from White horse saying not to buy from CAMPING WORLD we came back 3 times to speak to the salesman and said he would get me some numbers on Monday 1/21/19 I Also I filled Out the online trade evaluation application as he asked me to, and i got a terrible response from that anyway, I Called the salesman, And he had told me that there was a deposit on it but it may fall through being that the new owners want to convert it into a Mobile store or something like that, in any event I then expressed great interest in a New Jayco Redhawk SE 22A I was told again he would get all the numbers and let me know where I stand well here it is today As I write this review and I've never heard from them since , so in my opinion this is definitely a place I would NOT want to do business with, Nor would I ever recommend it to anybody, I think They should stop going to RV shows it's definitely not for them!!! P.S. and I don't only blame the salesman I blame the management for not asking for a follow up on a potential sale that they lost!! But I would like to say he was very respectful And I have nothing against him but he just didn't come through,I feel like they Brushed me off, well it is what it is thank you !!!

I took them to task tenaciously on a few items and the service department was very courteous to me. They took care of EVERY warranty concern I had without complaint or delay working behind the scene with the Jayco factory on my behalf. A very quality group of individuals in the service department which I would recommend anytime for any service.
