We called this morning at 9:00am spoke with Shari and was told “if it’s on line we have it in stock.“ We explained how far we were traveling 400 miles and explained about what time we would arrive. When we arrived we were met by a man who did not know anything other then the one we wanted to see was sold. We were furious. Not even a phone call to tell us It was sold. The gentleman appeared to have Alzheimer’s plus he informed us he has macular degeneration and was blind. He could not answer any questions. Shari wasn't even curteous enough to come speak with us. I am very disappointed with their general manners and respect. Knowing we were traveling to purchase “cash deal” not even a call. Wasted our time. Don't believe anything they tell you because The unit is still listed available on their website. In a way we are happy they didn't get our money. Show less
