I put a $1000 deposit down so I can drive a 1000 miles to see this RV. And I get down there and this RV is nothing. Like I was told there was things wrong with it and they didn't let me know before I got there. I turned the RV down and said I wouldn't buy it and now they won't give me my deposit back as far as I'm concerned this. Dealership is the worst dealership I've ever worked with. I have put deposits down Before with other dealerships and they give me my deposit back. We had been looking at RV’s for sometime and had been by Welcome Back several times. They were no pressure, they knew the product and allowed us to think about the purchase without pressure. After leaving many big name dealers with arrogant sales staff and overpriced products, we purchased a brand new 2021 Grey Wolf 27DBH BL from Welcome Back. They had our RV ready to go and the purchase was easy and low stress. We took ours back to have a 2nd A/C added and they took it right in an we had a quick turn around. We still buy accessories from them because these folks know RV’s. We had heard so many horror stories from friends who bought RV’s from dealers and didn’t get to use them for months waiting for repairs. I firmly believe Welcome Back makes sure it’s right before they deliver. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone buying a new or used RV. I think I know why they call it “Welcome Back” is because they know you will be back after dealer with some of the vultures in the RV industry. Show less

My wife and I looked for months for the “right” camper. We couldn’t believe how we were treated at many large and so called popular dealers. After hearing horror stories and having a few stories to tell ourselves, I questioned weather I wanted an RV or not. We visited Welcome Back in Athens and Mike our salesman was straight forward, no pressure and very helpful. We didnt buy the first time but ended up buying a 2021 Grey Wolf 27DBH Black Label from Welcome Back. After bringing it home we found a clicking noise in the rear axle and the main door needed adjustment. We call the next week and they said “bring it back.” They were waiting on us and fixed it on the spot.
