We have never bought from any other dealership. We have purchased 3 brand new 5th wheels from Wade’s RV and would never use another dealership. They are dependable, and their service has always been great. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Wade will do whatever it takes to get you into any RV of your choice. I have 7 family members and friends that use Wade’s RV. We are currently trying to sale our HEARTLAND 365 LANDMARK, 37ft. Even though I have a Masters' degree in English, I'm having difficulty coming up with enough positive words to say about the customer service at Wade's RV in Glenpool. We have purchased two RVs from them, and each time we are treated as if we are royalty. Our last camper had a few issues (while still under warranty), so we took it in for service. They have kept us apprised at every turn -- we've never been left in the dark. Furthermore, they went above and beyond to make sure we have the best possible resolution. Believe it or not, Wade himself called today to give us the latest update. Suffice it to say, their customer service deserves every accolade I could come up with if I searched a Thesaurus for wonderful, superior, and kind. Show less

We went to Wade’s RV in Goldsby to see about selling our Work and Play and purchasing another RV. The salesman Jamie showed us the few used units that they had on the lot, and there was one that we were interested in but it was way over priced. Jamie laughed and said that the guy selling it was insane and that he would never get that price for that unit. I had looked up the NADA value of out unit and knew what it listed at, but Jamie stated that I was wrong and that it only listed for $24550.00 so they would only give us 20,450.00 for our unit. Since I am not in the RV business my husband convinced me that we should just let Wades sell our unit for us and then we could purchase another. This morning I go onto the Wade’s RV website and guess what, I WAS NOT WRONG! Jamie is a liar, Wade’s has our RV listed for $32,646.00 and they told my husband that we could not ask for the $24550.00 that we wanted. since he trusted the guy he signed a contract and now Wade’s is set to make $12,196.00 off of OUR RV! I am LIVID! I will never do business with these thieves ever again. I will also do my best to spread the word about their shady ways! Show less

I came to Wade's with a used Jayco Alante to trade in. There was a couple of homes that I looked at, and I happened to like a used 40 ft. Winnebago Vectra pusher. Only two years ago is when I financed it. I have had to replace the A/C ($5,000.) And another part for $2,000. Now I find out that I need a roof also for $18,000. It had a water leak that had pretty much destroyed the floor under the kitchen sink and almost all of the basement electronics and the automatic awning are shot. BUYER BEWARE of WADE'S RV. They don't do checks on their used unites. Show less

I had a very positive encounter with Wade’s and in particular their employee Casey. She went above and beyond to assist me (new to pulling a trailer) over a busy holiday weekend. I was very nervous to pull my new to me camper for the first time and Casey took the time to check my tires and give me good advice no towing. I will be coming back to Wade’s for any additional RV needs and have passed along a positive review to my SOTF glamping pals. Show less

When needing a leak over the couch repaired in our 2017 Denali 307RLS it was a fight to get it done while it was supposedly still under warranty. . After this experience we heard of all kinds of bad treatment by Wade's. This thing is a lemon and was from the git go. Would I recommend Wade's? No, enough said. Show less
