Seven years ago I traded a down town Edmonton condo. For a 2004 Itasca Horizon ... Book value about the same.. Condo a bit more.. But I wanted rid of it.. I never owned a motorhome before and trusted the dealership. I wanted to take my allying wife on a cross Canada tripe before she went to be with the Lord. Before we made it out of Edmonton it cost me eight thousand dollars. to repair the entire cooling system. Everything rusted right out.. Then the slid outs quit working.. Was just one continues problem after a other. I didn't trust that machine to go anywhere with it outside of local camp grounds. Not one time did Vision offer any sort of compensation. FOR NOTHING... To date I've probably spent $30,000 on this pile of junk.. They did sell me a warranty that was almost useless. My wife passed away in July of 2022. We never did make our trip cross Canada. The owner of this Vision RV place has brought the word CROOK to a all-time new level. I tell everyone where I bought this Junker and share my story with anyone who want's to hear it. I went there last summer just to have a look.. I needed a minor part and use that as a excuse. Mid summer 2022 no one in the store. Almost no staff. One lone yard guy on some sort of tractor moving a camper closer to the building. Almost a ghost town.. The people that were there. Had a F off look on there face.. Thinking to my self.. Horrible place to shop AND to work. There's a reason they can't keep customers OR employees. Every time you go in it's new people working & no repeat customers for a reason. Bullying environment towards customers AND staff. AVOID!!! Show less

I brought my 2019 RV from them last year and i had the chance to use it 3 times and the rest of the year it was in for warranty. This camper is falling apart even to this day. When I picked it up it had issues from appliances not working to outside trim falling off. The service department really don't care and was difficult to work with. Even today on May 5th/2022 the interior of the inside is falling apart. The slide Trim is coming apart along with the roof vents trims falling off. Honestly this is the biggest pile of crap for the money they charge me. I guess I should of brought local Show less

I would not buy an RV here again. Service is poor at best. We were never kept informed about the service work and our calls to their service department were never returned. We were told that service repairs were done but were not done at all. Not professional at all. Show less
