Vicars Trailer Sales was founded over 57 years ago by Dave and Barb Vicars. With just a small corner lot shared with a gas station, Dave and Barb began to build one of the most successful R.V. Dealerships in Southeast Michigan. Today Vicars Trailer Sales stretches out to nearly a city block in Taylor, MI, carrying full lines of Travel Trailers, Fifth Wheels, and Pop-Up & Expandable Trailers. Rockwood products are top in the Industry and we are proud to have carried them for over 25 years. We are also offering quality RVs from Amerilite and Conquest by Gulf Stream as well as the Revere by Shasta and the Shasta Oasis. The business was built on the strength and reputation of its four bay service department and on its display of parts, accessories, propane, and storage facilities, along with a commitment to customer satisfaction. As a new generation of Vicars brings the dealership into the new millennium, the old style values and reputation of service to the customer remains. Our knowledgeable sales staff and the ability to make customers happy is the backbone of Vicars Trailer Sales.

I recently took my pop up that I bought from them new,to get some repairs. What a mess first of all they had a new person answer my call ,that had no idea how to answer my questions. I understand giving someone a chance to learn there new job, however please have some idea what is going on With your job ,with our putting me on hold for every question. then comes the manager to answer my questions (she was rude at best) defending her new worker, the way she was talking to me you would never known that I had bought my trailer from them. next before you can set a appointment you have to pay them one hour wages $175.00. a tad high . So after a month of waiting the manager calls me and tells me that they had fixed the wiring issue that they did not fix. Then she tells me what parts they had to order yet ,I asked about the new table top That was in my work order and was told that it comes from the factory and I would have to pay for shipping ,ok and your point was? Again being rude as we we talking then she said she would need a deposit on ordering the table top . I was like I gave you a $175.00 deposit already, rudely she said ok we will order it. 2 weeks later the guy in the shop calls me said trailer was done. Go to pick up camper and no table top and wiring not fixed. All I can say is I am glad that I never have to deal with them again. I don't write reviews very often, however I had to let other know what I went through.
