I had a very bad experience at Veurinks in Grand Rapids. They sold me a used 2019 River Forest Salem DBUD. After I had signed the paperwork, the salesman told me it’s being sold “as is.”That was never revealed in his sales pitch. After two months I realized it had a leaky roof. I had to replace the entire roof at a cost of $8000. After talking to the sales manager, Jordan, he said that they don’t check everything on used trade-ins, and that all used trailers are sold “as is” . In essence, they knowingly sold me a damaged RV. In my opinion, I think the roof would’ve been the first thing to check so that they could price it accurately. Only a dishonest dealership would sell a 3 year old trailer “as is”. I would never do business with them again. If you are looking for a used trailer with a totally brand new roof, brand new awning, and a four year warranty on everything else, as well as an unlimited 24/7 roadside assistance , then check out my trailer on rvtrader.com. We are selling due to a family medical issue.

I bought a KZ. Sportsman SE. Very excited about camping with our 5 grand children 3rd trip got into construction zone and heavy traffic, camper began to pull hard got to exit, pulled over to find Lt.rear brake hot and smoking brought to service, dealership took their time and said nothing wrong with brake and said test drove 20 mi. We also had t hem look at loose paneling in bath room as service said could not fix as nothing behind it to fasten to, says a lot for Kz. I don"t know how good extended warranty is yet but won"t be done here.

My wife and I visited Veurinks to purchase a new RV. The salesman was nice and showed us a unit that had to be ordered and gave us a discounted price. We do not believe it’s the Salesman fault but the price was outrageous. We ended up going out of State to purchase that same unit. We saved almost $30,000 dollars by doing so. We wanted to buy in Michigan to support our economy. Come on Michigan RV dealers, quit gouging your customers. We are willing to pay our fair share so salesman get their money, pay for overhead and building costs, but if Other States can offer a great price, you should too
