I picked out a unit and put a deposit on it. I told them I would get financing through my own bank and when I called back the next week to get info to transfer money they told me the unit was sold. I received no calls from them terrible customer service. And still have not been refunded my deposits. stacy in the service department is amazing, he always tried to help me, but his hands are tied by keystone. I was told and sold one product yet received a much inferior one. they used smoking mirrors to sell me a product which they knew they could just hide and manipulate through the paperwork. after the sale you wont recive much help and are basically blamed for any issues that arise.
