I am extremely disappointed in this service department. I called to set an appointment 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled appointment date. I even received an email from Van City RV confirming the appointment day and time, 3/31/2021 at noon.This was important to do because I had to drive 230 miles to get to the dealer. I also called the day before the appointment to confirm and also to discuss the work to be performed. The service manager told me we were all set. The following day when I arrived, I was told that the techs were very busy and might not even look at the van that day. Why did they set an appointment with me if they couldn't even look at it that day? If they had told me in advance that they couldn't work on it that day, I could have decided if it was worth it to drive 230 miles?(460 round trip). As it was,I couldn't stay in Colorado Springs for days until they decided they had the time to look at it, so I just took my van and drove 230 miles home. Total waste of time and gas money.
