Bought a new sportster, went into shop after our 2nd local camp trip, stayed in shop for two months, finally got it back and we are on our first trip to bartow fl from Ocala, now the generator won’t work, we called tri am and they informed us nothing they can do!! This dealership was the best experience making a major purchase we've ever experienced. The delivery and addressing all our concerns was unbelievable. They set up the unit went through the whole process we spent the night at the facility, the next day they spent as much time as needed to familiarize ourself with all the features and answer any questions. I would not recommend purchasing a RV from this dealership. My elderly parents were sold a NEW $60k+ 5th wheel with undisclosed roof damage. Their idea of trying to make it right is to RIP the roof off their new repaired camper and put a new roof on it... What is right is to give my parents the new camper they spent their hard earned money on and contracted to buy. Show less
