They lied about everything g. Very dishonest people

I you read the reviews from the different locations you will see a trend of shady operation and lies. Their mode of operation seems to be ignoring the problem and hoping it will go away.

The RV was sold in about 5 weeks. 6 weeks later I have not received my portion of the proceeds being as I owed less than it was sold for. The Griffen dealership has not been the issue. It's been the home office in Jacksonville Fl. They told me numerous times that they were waiting on the checks to clear or on title work. Lies. Both have been done for better than 3 weeks. Still no money. Seller beware.

Dishonest people. They tried to make me pay $23,000 for a camper that was advertised at $11,997–after I spoke with them about this and re-negotiated the deal, they then submitted the wrong loan paperwork to the lender. They also owe me a refund check that they told me over 3 weeks ago was going to be “mailed tomorrow/sitting on the printer/in the back office” or whatever other excuse they could make. I need to start writing down the “excuse of the day…” as it’s almost comical. Today, me: “I was told on Friday by Joe Dolgach, the manager, that the check would be in the back office on Monday.” Salesperson: “We don’t have a back office.” 😂😳 The manger will not call me back, corporate HQ will not call me back. The salesman and the finance guy are fine and a pleasure to work with, but otherwise this has been the most unpleasant consumer experience of my life.

Furst of all. 6 years ago we bought a pull behind trailer as my mother had alzimers and we tour every summer. She got bad and they wanted us to put her in a home. Couldn't do it. Went to travel camp and bought a entry level trailer. She loved it and made so many memories I will never forget. Fast forward to today. Went to look at Floorplan as we are going to go full time. Kerri was our sales person. There wasn't a good fit at the show as money is always an issue. She worked her fingers to the bone and found us the most excellent Grand Design in like new condition at a price we could afford. The whole team at the Jacksonville store made it possible. We picked it up today and Shawn in service went over everything as this is my first 5th wheel and made the adjustments to make it perfect. Thank you team Travel Camp Jacksonville Beach. You made it happen. When we are ready we are coming back to by our third camper

Without question, the worst experience I have ever had with a dealer of... ANYTHING! Run, don't walk away from this place. They're going to rip you off - you just don't know how yet. We bought a very expensive 5th Wheel (a Keystone RV model) in April of 2021. THE FIRST DAY WE TOOK IT HOME, THE KITCHEN SLIDER MALFUNCTIONED. Completely tore up the kitchen floor and broke the trim on the slider. Totally ruined. Clearly, this was a warranty issue - no problem, right? We took it back to TravelCamp, where it sat with them FOR 30 DAYS - they did NOTHING. Didn't even open a ticket with the manufacturer. After much pressure on our part, they did a quickly removal of the trim in the kitchen, to allow us to take a one week trip in our new, broken RV. Happy beginning of June... We returned from the trip, and left the unit at TravelCamp for the repair. We were lied to about the status of repairs, our calls were dodged, emails ignored. Months went by... I asked the service manager on multiple occasions if they had the ability to make the repairs - she responded that they could. The only way to get updates (where were sad and depressing) was to show up at the dealership. Super disappointing. In December, they claimed to have the unit fixed. Surprise, surprise - we got there and the issues were not resolved. At that point, I asked for our money back, which they flatly refused. More ignoring calls, more problems. Finally, they offered to consign the RV for us, as we were completely frustrated at this point. Being happy just to get out from under this lemon, we agreed. Suffice to say, we took a $30,000 loss on the unit. Worst dealer ever. Crooks. Run away, run away. You'd be better off investing your money in a cardboard box than dealing with these criminals.
