Not Happy At All. Bought my trailer just about 1 and half years ago, had a few issues right off the bat that took forever to get fixed. Now the jack won't work. Call them to have someone come and fix and they want to charge me $180 or the service manager Kam tells me to jack it up take off some kind of bolts or something and bring it them. I stated I am 5 foot 3 and have no idea how to do what you are asking me to do. He laughed and said he is trying to help and I either pay or they will not help me! I am now on to speak to a general manager and see what can be done.

Absolute nightmare! I’ve been dealing with them for years as I’ve had 2 RV’s that they are unfortunately the dealership for. Endless waits for parts not ordered, no return calls or emails , endless waits for service appointments, crappy product knowledge, it goes on and on, I now go to the U.S for service as it’s just not worth the stress dealing with these guys! Buy in the U.S for cheaper (even after all the import fees etc) and just resign yourself to heading across the line for better service. Not sure how these guys stay in business? I first spoke with the owner via text, and I explained what our needs were, for our RV. I think his name was Dale. I asked for two things, a bedroom door, and a washer dryer for our trailer. I got there and the sales men-takes me to see one without a w/d hookup. But, doesn’t bother to tell me this. He then takes me to another one, again with no w/d. He tells me this time tho. This one actually had a rotten floor that my foot almost went thru…nice experience, for a first time RV’er….NOT!! I put a deposit on the first one, that I’m still not aware, it doesn’t have a w/d. My hubby goes, and views the trailer the next day, and agrees with the one I’ve picked. We are still unaware of no w/d. Not once, did the salesmen (Al) say anything to my husband about it either. Not once….We found out a few weeks before we picked it up when they wanted me to pay 7100 to put in a jack for w/d. My hubby then goes into sign the contract, that the “business manager” Matt, had drawn up. He not ONCE, explained the contract to him that they space your amortization over the course of 15 YEARS! I don’t know about other ppl but, I’m certainly NEVER gonna pay anyone interest for the next 15 years on a flippin RV! For him to not explain this to my husband is something I would expect from a ruthless used car salesmen not a place selling these very expensive units! Then we decided, we’d pay cash for it, bc we didn’t want to pay for that long, it was becoming crystal clear that we couldn’t trust them. But, since they already had my deposit I was gonna try to make this work. They wouldn’t even accept a cheque, we had to go pay it off at the Scotiabank it was 2 days after my husband signed, you know, the papers that were not explained to us. That was because of the weekend. We brought it to there attention on Tuesday. Even while my hubby was signing, Matt didn’t explain it. Just sign, sign, sign. He was in a hurry to leave, it was a Saturday. It wasn’t until we read the contract together that we seen the amortization period. I think we still ended up paying all the administrative fees, and whatever else BS fees they have as well, since Matt, wouldn’t cancel the contract, even after we told him we would pay by cheque. We then cancelled the insurances since, it’s been my experience that if they can’t even get the DEAL right, the first time. Their company is not gonna stand up to their warranty which was thru them. Then the business manager has the nerve to say to my husband, oh it took me 12 years to pay mine off….what???? Excuse me for not taking financial advice from the guy that takes 12 years to pay out an RV. Go here, if you like your calls getting ignored, by the ruthless business manager, and being kept in the dark about your own payments! If you like being ignored, annoyed and frustrated this is the place to go. I have no idea about the service dept we haven’t dealt with them much other then that they lost our plate after it was dropped off for them. They did find it pretty quick, There was a young fellow, that helped my husband when we hooked up, and a nice young girls explained some other things to him before we left. I don’t know, if this is how all RV dealerships are, but if this is the case, I will buy my next one privately…terrible, stressful experience! If youd like to see more realistic reviews of this shady dealership please see RV insider reviews, there are a lot of unhappy customers there! I wish someone had wrote an honest review like mine on Google before we bought off them. They’ll do the exact same thing to you too! Almost all of the tactics used on us, was described to a tee in the RV INSIDER review page. This is obviously a ploy that they use, it’s their “ Business Model”. Nice hey? As soon as you sign, they’ll ignore you too…oh yes, they’ve asked me to take down our review too….

Do not recommend Traveland RV. To get serviced, you have to wait at least 3 months. I bought a Leisure Travel Van on August, 2021 from the Traveland RV in Langley, BC. It is a Mercedes based beautiful RV. On February 2022, I found a trouble that the main door was jammed and couldn't open it. At First, I thought it was frozen during winter and waited till warming up. But still I could not open the door. I had called to the Dealer to make an appointment to repair it on the middle of March. Their answer was June 14th, because too busy they are. I had no choice but waiting. When I went to the Dealer on June 14th, they told me that it may take 7 to 10 days. On June 23rd, when I asked my RV, they told me it will take a few more days to get the new door lock. "We have sent your information off to Leisure travel van and they will be sending us new door lock. I heard it is local so it will probably take a few days to get the part. I will keep you updated." Today, June 30th, I have called them again, and they said it may takes several weeks to get the parts because of the back order. Now I can't believe this crazy situation. And I am doubting my RV is in the service area without any extra trouble. I decided to pick my Unity up on the evening of June 30th because I still can use my van even though the main door is jammed. When I got the Dealer, Service Advisor, Vera, told me again that they had ordered the lock to LTV and LTV told her they had sent it, but didn't get it. They had ordered it again and were waiting for it. AND when I arrived in my van, I was surprised because she opened the door and worked fine. When I asked what happened, she answered that the door was fixed temporarily but needed to replace the lock. Otherwise it will happen again. They will let me know when the new lock arrives several weeks later to replace the lock. She never told me that the door was working, even during the move to the van from the office.

Traveland RV in Vancouver. Do not use their service department!. Took Rv in for awning repair and was told after 5 weeks that wrong part had been shipped. I am sure they forgot to order the part. Then went to pick up the rig even though the awning had not been fixed because we had camping reservations. Went to get it and they told me another costumer had damaged the passenger mirror that morning when pulling out. The paint on the mirror was destroyed. I don’t think another rig pulling out would go through the clear coat, paint and into the fibreglass! It was obvious that someone hat used a concrete post to damage the mirror. Please stay away from this place.

Purchased what we thought was our retirement travel home. A Winnebago motorhome. It was a used motorhome but apparently in grande shape! The first trip we took, the kitchenette slide came out while travelling! The fridge stopped working and leaked all over the floor damaging the framework around the fridge. The A/C cover fell off while driving! Sure it’s used but not safe. We took it back twice for service. Very slow service. They refused to fix the damage the leaking fridge caused. Says it would be another $1500! Quick to take your money and friendly as can be when selling you the motorhome but service after is really bad, to say the least. Three weeks in the shop to fix the fridge. Then only put brown tape on the trim to hide the damage! WTF?? When my husband complained and asked to get it fixed properly the sales manager told him “he isn’t arguing with a guy on meds!” Meaninglessly implying my husband is an addict and high. Very condescending! Not acceptable at all. Yes my husband had a lung transplant a year before and doesn’t have his strength back yet. He does require some pain killers but that was way out of line! I won’t ever go back to Traveland for anything. Their service is atrocious. Attitude to boot. Our lawyer will be reviewing the sales contract. If they knew my husband was disabled. Why would they sell him life insurance etc knowing well he wouldn’t be able to get coverage? Bad experience all around. A money grab. Zero stars if I could!!

I bought a 24000 trailer test my credit report shows 43000 so he essentially sold me a ton of crap I didn’t want I’ve called over 30 times to have it removed and stopped as a purchase snd over the two months I’ve been trying to do this I still haven’t had one person there with any power call me and rectify this. They totally took advantage of a single mom who couldn’t concentrate with her child there. He then sold me a Traiker that I’ve had continuous issues with. It’s bad business to hustle people for more than they can afford and leave them with no support or help. I’ve called 3 times this week and I want z as manager to contact me ASAP. 6043662840
