We are not happy with Traveland Airdrie. Even kind, the salesman was not very knowledgeable about travel trailers. He insured us that there are no dealer fees charged to the bill. Wrong, there are called documentation, gas certification fees etc. At PDI we had some issues, as not everything was according to description. We accepted that the missing element were listed as OWED TO CUSTOMER to be ordered, and fitted once received by them. However, this did not happen, then Traveland excepted us to bring the trailer to Airdrie to have these elements assed again, this before making a warranty claim. Now Traveland does not return calls nor answer emails. As we have a claim, we are ghosted. Show less
