I purchased a Shasta travel trailer from Travel Camp. First trip out the following problems came up: battery dead, kitchen sink leak, shower leak, and 7 pin caught on fire while camper was parked. I purchased a new battery was never re-imburshed. I brought the trailer in for service a month ago. I was promised by Service Manager and the assistant service manager that the repairs would be made and a new kitchen would be ordered from Shasta. A month later, both managers quit and no service has been completed and the cabinet was not ordered. Requested that thew General Manager give me a call - no response. My experience with Travel Camp could not be worse. I never run across such incompetents - just close down the dealership. What an epic joke. Show less
