We stopped in to Travel RV on our way to a State Park in Tennessee. We needed an adaptor for our propane BBQ. They didn’t have the part on the shelf but Terrance the parts counter representative, asked Shane one of the service technicians if he had the part. Shane proceeded to come out and look at the situation, tried to resolve the problem for us, told us what part we still needed and how to get to the Home Depot where we could get it. He told us to bring it back and he’d put it on for us. We had a lovely chat with Terrance who gave us lots of Memphis travel tips while we waited. This was our first encounter with Southern hospitality and I would highly recommend Travel City RV in Memphis for all your RV needs. Show less
