Take your RV somewhere else for service. I took my Newmar there for warranty work because they are a Newmar dealer mistakenly thinking that would mean better service. It has only taken them 3 months (and counting) to fix a stove, and that's only after I had to email Newmar customer service and get a replacement approved. While waiting for the new stove to arrive, the step control module went bad and I gave them a case# FROM NEWMAR approving replacement of the module. They waited 1.5 weeks to even order it because their shop policy is that they have to troubleshoot it even though the manufacturer already approved the replacement. That's nothing but a money grab tactic. Still waiting for the stove work to be finished and then I will find a new service center.
If you start to get annoyed with their service then Jamie at the Newmar desk will begin getting rude with you and just offer to give you your keys so you can take your RV today.... after waiting 3 months for a repair that isn't done.
