We’ve had nothing but problems with our new Hemisphere. The dealership, particularly Deon in service, have gone beyond my expectations. They have been more than patient dealing with warrant issues. They have kept me in the loop and have a most excellent job communicating with me during the past year. I wouldn’t take our RV anywhere else for service. Show less
