We purchased our new 36' reflection by grand design and had it delivered to our home in Oregon. All went well and there was several issues with corosion, rust, leaks and missing hoses ect. Not a huge deal, things happen. After 8 or more promises by several managers I still have the same issues and no one follows up on their promises. I'm not your typical complainer so don't expect many people to take my warning serious. I'll follow up with the better business bureau so do your homework! I'm not a happy camper and have to now have the repairs done myself and contact the manufacture. Unfortunately this is my only avenue Show less

I was shopping for a 2030 solitude trailer last month and found this place on line when there and saw the inventory and was amazed at the prices I asked to speak to someone in service and met Brian spoke with him and he was great gave me all the information I needed and told me that they stand behind every trailer with great service he is the reason I bought my trailer from you this dealership after talking to him I felt part of the dealership family I went to Steve who did a great job also selling it to me Denise Wiggins made the appointment to pick up and on that day I was happy and nervous also I was late for my appointment and she said don’t worry about it we will take care of the details when you get here when I got there she had a big smile and was very happy for me and told me to relax it’s all going to be fine that let me know that not only was I getting a new trailer but I was apart of the dealership family so thank you so much cliff did the walk around and was great also you guys rock Show less

We purchased a used low mileage 32 ft Fleetwood Storm R.V. with the extended warranty. We had some issues with the loft bed coming off track and some minor fixes to get done. I called and made an appointment with no problems. We are full time in our rig so we were so impressed with how quickly Brian had his awesome team helping us get back on the road. Runaway. I had already given a down payment and scheduled a pickup date. I called in to find out if the trailer had brakes on it and they hung up on me twice after being on hold. Finally got through and discovered that I needed a break controller for my vehicle. They had originally offered to drive it 150 miles so I asked if they still could and Chris told me yes it would be about $300. I said that may be worth it. He responded with well we charge round trip so it's going to be $600.... He then connected me with Steve Howard who was my sales man. I told Steve what was happening and his first response was to refund me and be done with me..... I still didnt get rude but told him I'm starting to feel slighted. He said sorry you feel that way but you dont want to spend money. I tried to explain to him money isnt a problem but the prices keep changing but he just talked over me the whole time telling me how many campers they have sold this month and that he wasnt making any money from the deal and he didnt need my bisnuss anyways. He then told me he was done with me and he just wanted to refund my money. I said okay. Worst I have ever been treated for wanting to spend $12,000 at a place. I never got a video tour like the website said and the pics for the camper had a different stock number on it then the paper work. Not even sure if the camper was real at this point. Dont just walk away from this place. RUN. Show less
