Purchased a 2019 Cougar 26RKS. They were to install roof vent covers and a few other items including an awning for the slide out. We paid for the accessories and awning plus installation. We left it at the dealership for 8 days and returned when called. There was no awning installed. I and my wife installed it three weeks later because we needed the camper. (They shipped it to us) Never offered to reimburse us. Then, found they installed a seven year old Interstate Battery on out camper (after if failed) Of course Interstate would replace it and we could not get our salesperson or their parts dept. to return our calls. I purchased 2 new batteries. But, we love this camper! Best we ever owned. Sales was great, service was marginal to bad. Show less
